@reliancejio what is typical SLA for fiber broadband complaint. At my place fiber is cut at distribution board, prime suspect another jio team which came for installation. One engineer visited 15 hrs back but was not *authorized* to repair such complaints.wish @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio @reliancejio Still Not Have Network in the 1st Day of New Year 2022 !! Wow... What a great Surprise from Jio.... In Koraput Since 1 Hours, Total Koraput Have No Network Coverage (Only Jio Sim), Other Area Have Full Network. Please Resolve sir/madam as soon as possible
