@JioCare i had made a choice to get Jio Fibre installed & was promised installation within 3 hours by the sales executive.Order number is NO0000NZICG8. Now they aren't picking my phone and caused a significant impact on my work. I had emergency but they failed to keep d promise.

I had ported to Jio Sim, just to experience 5G. As Jio 5G is available in my area and my phone is also Jio 5G compatible. But to my disappointment, Jio 5G is not working. Also i have not got any Jio 5G welcome offer in my MyJio Account. What a waste now Please give 5G @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare jio is so useless. Almost impossible to talk to customer care executive. Process so cumbersome. They give all the options in the world except 'talk to customer care executive'. My Jio sim is locked , can not open even with PUK, no idea what to do

@reliancejio I have recharge my no. by Rs.209 using @CRED_club app . After discounts . I paid Rs. 159 of recharge on 10/12/22 . but that recharge has still not been done and there has been no refund given by you. Kindly resolve my issue. @TRAI

From last few days i faced a problem regarding internet connection. I am using Jio network. Whenever i call to jio customer they didn't give a response and i only got an empty call. India's one of worst network service. I regrets why i choose jio before Airtel. @jiocare
