    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare How many times raising complaint by your team pls tell me. If it is only a goal for jio then tell me I will raise complaint on daily basis. No response from your team. Why? I am asking you to your senior level but no one take a responsibility to resolve the issue

    @JioCare network service has become pathetic. What's worst is that customer support doesn't feel it necessary to address question asked and simply keep giving standard response, After paying for year support is telling me that it will take 6 months to solve priority network issue

    @reliancejio I have DMed the details. But it's NOT just internet connectivity issue - it's poor call quality, frequent call drops, inability to make calls without dialling multiple times. Your team just does a sham investigation and says we're updating our network continuously.
