@JioCare @reliancejio Poor laughable process has in place by Jio for customers wanting to port to Jio. There are no prior communications via phone call or SMS about the status of port request. This is a huge inconvenience

@cultofmac @JioCare is earning lots of money 4m us. They charged a good amount for their call and data services. After using their service for 5-6 years n the SIM card needs to be replaced, they ask Rs.50 charge for it. They are looting people now.

@JioCare I have work from home and many other business activities and i have to rely on reliable internet service provider. I lost alot of productivity hours due to no internet. Now i don't care about Jiofiber, i already paid Airtel broadband. Your customer service support is pathetic

Hi @TRAI , if we have any complaint against @JioFiberVoice @JioCare then how can client can register? I want my money back as executive offered some services as a free but end of the period jio has debited that amount.
