    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I don’t understand that why you required base plan to get network signal , as it’s already valid till one month with active another plan . What is Rs50 + Rs20 minimum balance , who decide all these, as my account as balance of Rs 10+ .

    Finally cancelling @reliancejio after 3 months of a traumatic and exhausting nightmare. Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.

    .@JioCare What pathetic service? You want us to live without internet for 3-4-5 days? Even tho we’re paying you? Pathetic customer care. Pathetic engineers who visit, do nothing, close the request. Cancelling your broadband now. Will find a better company.

    @JioCare What is going on in uttam nagar west delhi? No jiofiber service since last 3 days your customer care schedules engineer visit but no communication for delay or cancellation. Now every where automated msgs, no human interaction & deadline keeps shifting.

    @NezamiEr @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing the same issue—completely wasting our time with fake schedules. No one shows up, no calls, nothing. It’s been 4 days now, and I’ve already paid for a yearly plan. If this continues, I’ll switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare please my help None of your customer care is helping me. I had bought 5 TB through Jio (Google One). I don't want to take that storage. So I request that my membership be cancelled. The plan is running on my number. I want to cancel the plan. Please help me.
