The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. Compain 40 hours ago. 1st message was for an engineer visit at around 1 pm yesterday. Changed by Jio to evening yesterday Then showed Engineer is on the way. Then he vanished. Complain paused. I will surely go for another company this year because the after sales services are very poor. Three cheers for Jio .
