    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.

    @JioCare @JioCare What criteria you require there was no internet connection for 9days straight in the month of April. Why can’t you adjust the bill? Is that the customer need to take care of repairing the connection issues? The request which I have raised closed without any resolution
