    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    Five months ago @JioCare assured me of providing adequate network at my location in response to service request number SR00000Q2UBS. Yet to see any progress. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is pathetic. Same response every time. What did i ask? How engineer denying to visit for relocation and asking to apply for new request becomes a technical issue?

    @shivams71533933 @ritikbeura198 @reliancejio Yeah definitely in fiture we use web 3 and crypto . Sebi only ensure that people not lose their assets in crypto currency because it's fluctuates. They support it but in controlled manner not in hurry that people usually do for money.

    @JioCare Also, please clarify the status of the ₹1,500 security/caution deposit paid at the time of installation and confirm when it will be refunded. I request a fair resolution, including a refund of the unused plan amount and the applicable security deposit. @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @JioCare @JioCare I paid ₹1200 for relocation and was never informed of any plan change. What the hell are you talking about? Who in their right mind would pay more and get less? My Netflix and Amazon Prime benefits are gone. I never requested or agreed to this change.

    @JioCare I’ve already received multiple “complaint registered” and “technician scheduled messages over the last 3 months, but the issue still continues daily. I hope this time it’s an actual permanent fix and not just another automated response. Customers need stable internet not repeated

    @JioCare Is this the promise made by Jio AirFiber? Is this what Jio calls customer service? Despite paying ₹709 every month on time, my connection repeatedly gets disconnected and shows "Outage at Home." When I try to seek help, there is no option to speak with a customer care
