I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare How much patience , from long time I am facing worst network crises in my area .. if you fail to resolve that issue I will move to @TRAI and Consumer court for further action @DoT_India

sir now your 4g network does not work, even google does not open in it in rural areas, sir I request you to get the 4g network fixed first so that our recharge money does not go to waste we can use it a little bit @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare From yesterday, when I make/receive call in any location, I can hear but the other person cannot hear me. My phone's receiver and speaker are working fine. Also restarted phone multiple times. Please help.

Probably the one and only network provider with such a worst customer care and ground level team @excitel_rocks. Especially in my our area Gandhinagar, Hyderabad. The team never responds on call or whatsapp. Have never faced this issue with @reliancejio and @ACTFibernet

@JioCare The internet has been slow for a week now. It's pathetic! Even mere WhatsApp msgs take 30 mins to go through. I'm seriously considering switching to some other sim card if this goes on.
