@Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Facing inbuliding coverage issue. All users facing this problem. From beginning all are facing the coverage issue and voice breaks every time during call. Complained several times but customer care closing this case by saying this in 90 days problem will get resolved.

@JioCare @reliancejio this is ridiculous,Its been a month since my JioFiber router is picked up and still not received refund till date… and yr customer care is worst in providing the resolution,whenever called they always tell in next 14 working days refund will be credited 1/2
