@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The most pathetic internet service in India. My connection is not working since the second day it was installed tried calling the local office in Valsad but they kept on giving assurances but non body turned up. Better to get refund

@reliancejio @JioCare Even though you have a company that's into multiple divisions. Telecom is something you can't manage i guess ... You people forget to provide every user with a better service and then you are busy charging us extra
