  @JioCare I'm facing wifi network issue since last 3 days and I tried to connect your customer support number also but it's not connecting, also tried in jio application to raise a request to to fix the issue but unfortunately it's also not working. Please help me out ASAP.

  Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. It's been 1 year and we are getting same replies. Jio is such a bad network especially in rural areas. @JioCare
