    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi there, my father has jio cell phone connection, right now he is canada and his phone doesn't have text and data service right but still has a validity till feb,20,2021. He wanna use it to get OTP messages. What we can do here in canada right now to use the jio service

    @reliancejio @JioCare very low speed network,I inform lot of time to jio customer care but they not solved my network issue,If you continue like this,I will port my number another server.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst ever network during loaded hours from 7 pm to 7 am. Everytime wip responses but don't know when and how that work finished !!!!

    @JioCare And since we're communicating over DM I am surprised how would an outsider know which user has an issue so that he/she can call the user and ask for specific software installation!
