@Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare @reliancejio my customer ID is 5126170553. My jio fibre connection was activated on 26 oct and disconnection request given on 23 nov 20. I got refund of only inr 500. Why is that? Customer care no team is not ready to help. Plz resolve issue
