@Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare The engineer who visited my place says that my payment has not been cleared yet. I have been receiving messages that my problem has been resolved which is completely disgusting. This is very unprofessional at your end. I request you to resolve the matter.

@JioCare I was assured that the STB would be delivered in 24 hours but it has not been delivered yet. I have made complaint twice on voice call. I was asked to redeem the voucher on my jio app but it continues to give me an error message.
