@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

Five months ago @JioCare assured me of providing adequate network at my location in response to service request number SR00000Q2UBS. Yet to see any progress. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

@TusharVilankar @JioCare @reliancejio Let me tell you... In many ways, #BSNL is far better in many ways (even though they have some issues) than these pvt frauds... both Jio & Airtel. Atleast they, genuinely listen to customers if you know who to teach,how to reach.
