    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    Adding @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani there no way we can connect jio customer care to talk to someone for the issues. all means are automated response through IVR or chat bot which are sadly not helpful or resolving any problem.Moreover the mail customer care team take 10 days

    Worst experience with jio airfiber. Its been just 2 days since i installed airfiber, and the very next day at 5pm yesterday, the red light started blinking on the router and internet is not working. No customer support is talking. Worst. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio
