    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare this kind of vague response is not acceptable anymore. I need a clear date and exact time by when the service will be fully restored — no more generic assurances or “at the earliest” statements. My service has already been down for over 40 hours. (1/2)

    @JioCare Service request SR0000344V73 was raised on 23 April with update promised by 29 April Deadline crossed and stil no update This is unacceptable delay and poor service.Process my FULL REFUND immediately Failing which I will escalate this to @NCH1915 and take legal action.
