    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid for new connection on 05.04.2021. Executive promised same day installation. Installation was not done till yesterday even after so many calls to customer service. I decided n terminated my new connection request. Poor service.

    @Tuhin_chat_11 @reliancejio @JioCare Now they are habitual to those common dialogues. Suggest you to kindly check the network speed before going to Jio. I have already wasted my 6 months plan and ported to Airtel recently. They are doing good

    @JioCare I had given request for Jio fibre uninstallation on 1st April. It's more than 10 days but no one has contacted. Totally unprofessional service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am tring to buying JioFi on by all possible way but I am not getting it. Some jio store and shop saling it in black with 5 to 7 time more money. So JIO is officially ordered them for this or taking customer advantage?

    @JioCare Paid double the amount of Bill last month and same was confirmed by customer executiveNow getting calls that my out going calls has been barred.Extra money that i have paid last month should be adjusted with this month bill.Please adjust the bill & unbarred my account
