    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare It's related to SR00001DLK00. Can I expect a callback and resolve my issue? My Jio number is suspended due to non-payment of the bill. But no one bothers to tell why someone has to pay Netflix subscription charges when he never opted?

    @JioCare I've made a payment of ₹1499 towards the amazon prime on 25th August 2022 through MyJio though yet haven't got the service activated nor have got the refund for the same. Been following up since 17th September but to no avail. No replies on email.

    @JioCare I am having a recharge issue for my phone . I took a one year plan on autopay . The money has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not showing . I have called 198,199,1991 but there is NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING !!
