    @Airtel_Presence @JChaudhari2 Airtel is abslotely worst in providing network ! I live approx 800m far form airtel tower still i have been forced to port my more than 10yr old @airtel number to @reliancejio even though they don't provide compared services !

    I have a network issue with jio network, i have tried many times to reach customer support but they were not able to solve my issue till now. Now i am planning to port my jio number to other better service provider.... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Then one or two alert shall be enough to remind me. I don't need flooding of my inbox with 50 msgs a day for recharging.And the Worst thing i get alert even if I call someone what if I have a urgent call but I have to listen that my recharge is expiring after Whole a WEEK !!!

    No compensation to the customer & we are considered as fool. If the readiness of the service provider is low,better they shall refund the entire money they took from us while installation of their devices. Totally disappointed with the after sale service @TRAI @JioCare #jiofiber

    Hello @ACTFibernet When will you start giving services as per your name? It has been not even 24 hours, faced disconnection issue over 10 times, your personnel here doesn't pick call. To my luck, @reliancejio doesn't provide their service here or i wouldn't waste money on you.

    @JioCare I've an existing JioFiber conn at Ernakulam, Kerala. On 16th July, I had raised a successful relocation request to Palakkad, Kerala It is still pending, despite multiple calls to customer care. The local Jio team is more than happy to give me a new connection though

    Dear team @TRAI I've noticed frequent breakdown in my fiber services provided by @reliancejio everytime the downtime is morethan 12 hours and it is me at who is at a loss. There is no permanent solution, facing this problem atleast 8-10 times a month. 1/2
