    @JioCare now the engineer came and said there is a issue in the pole and they will raise complaint with their O&M team. Not sure when they will act on the compt. Record breaking turn around time by Jio to identify the issue (aldy 6 days). Now I need to wait for other team to act

    @JioCare How long did I have to wait for resolving the service request w.e.f 08.08.2022, The pickup representative of @JioFiberChennai who picked my device from home was updated misrepresented, it is ur fault one month old device and running good till 30.07.2022,

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    @JioCare Again there is no date commitment from your side. Soon means NOTHING for me. If you cannot commit a date it means your team is not confident is managing customer expectation

    @JioCare team I had recharged my jio in the month of aug. But almost for 8 continuous days I had network issue. Fault at your end later rectified. My question is since I have not used for 8 days because of your fault, will you extend my due date in sep? Ac no 91 4479677164

    This must sound like music for @reliancejio. There has been a huge decline in customer service quality at @amazonIN over the last 3 months. Initially thought it was due to festival overload. But it looks like it is more than that.

    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

    @reliancejio It's annoying to hear the recharge reminder every time i make a phone call . ( That too in 2 languages). It's wasting almost 1 minute of time for every call. Even though i have 3 days left to recharge. This is completely forcing users to recharge . @JioCare is in't a **** ?

    @geekyranjit #esims spoils the entire network interface. Is it a HW or a ntwrk issue, don’t knw. Only @airtelindia & @reliancejio provides eSims but I’ve tried both. Due to the additional esim network, my primary network also doesn’t work at times and the esim network is dead most of the time
