    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @_MukeshAmbani It’s very painful to see a simple query is not resolved for >1 wk & ur team doesn’t take an effort to clarify too. Best is u have a toll free but no agents speaks other than bot If this continues u may lose ur customers -unlucky jio customer

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @reliancejio I paid for Wifi connection at Prayagraj a month ago. After processing it was denied saying ports are not empty for new connection. After one month status remains the same. If you cannot provide service,stop sending whatsapp and SMS everyday.

    @JioCare Hi, I am a jio fiber customer, I would like to discontinue my jio fiber services because i started using jio fiber plan of 150mbps for one year.But now they are forcing me to buy prime for one year and for this i had to take a 100mbps plan. I don’t want prime.
