    @Airtel_Presence Hi Vijay, as per our discussion, I am told that @Airtel_Presence have no idea on what the issue is or how to fix it. After 5+ escalations and 20+ calls, you are still not fixing the issue. No wonder you are losing to @JioCare.

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @ACTFibernet This is very bad, I still don't have a resolution for the outage...I will wait a couple of days and move on to another service provider. The general feedback on your service is poor, wonder if you have given up due to competition from @JioCare #JioGigaFiber

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare I registered complaint on 15th Apr 2022 and today is 25th Apr 2022. Already given 10 days are passed. On 29th Apr 2022 My recharge will expire can you increase time over there?? If no then you do have any rights to ask more time with me #poorcustomerservice #JioFiber #WORST

    No SIM available for replacement of different circles at Seawoods Store. This is a major issue. How we can I survive without a SIM when lost?. Quite disappointed with the service. Also they are saying they don't know when it will be available. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

    @JioCare Its been more than 1 year, you guys are not atall caring for customers. This has to be urgently taken care of, just tweeting is not enough some action has to be taken, just replying me back doesn't solve my problem. Even though the network is low, I'm still paying full.
