    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare it's more than 30 days now since I cancelled the jio fiber, still I didn't get the deposit amount refund. Everytime I call jio customer service they say not able to pull my details and disconnect my call. Will I get my amount refunded or not?

    @reliancejio Before that improve your services. While travelling in Mumbai Local Trains, your network dont even have the speed of 100 kpbs.... Shekh chilli jaise sapne dekhna chhod do, pehle 4G improve karo...fir 5G ki socho
