@JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

@JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

@JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

@JioCare I was available in my residence every single day whenever the pickup was scheduled. But no one would come for pick up. Again I would call customer care n everytime I would get same reply that we are looking into it. Only after highlighting here the device was picked up.
