    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It was a major fault frequently happens! Jio balance checking number i.e 1299 while i calling it was not connected to jio!! And i didn't get any sms from jio. so kindly response to our calls from customers! fix it!!!

    @JioCare I did many times. pls do check ur inbox. Whenever i raise a compliant u simply came with *no adequate network coverage at ur area*. I am too tried 2 see this kind of reply ,pls dont say again like tis pls try improve ur signal quality. We unable 2 play even 144p videos on utube.

    @JioCare sir, i want to bring to your notice that in night i didn't used data and in morning i just checked my msg and i received msg that you have used 50%of your data, this same problem was before also that time i called your customer care and it was solved again also same prob

    I have send my jio & alternate phone number but not an improved by the same ... When I call the customer care they are told we are working in this. But,which time is ready our network #jio they don't have any answer. #jiocare Kindly note that our present problem @reliancejio

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @jiocare @RelJio4g @DoT_India #onjio my jio A/c no 600064163268 on 17 Jan i tried recharging with 2599 plan ,it showed failed in myjio app , I tried again .later I saw both are successful , now i have 2 2599 plans in my account. Please cancel one plan and refund me.

    @JioCare Why do i recharge if I don't have network coverage, have you read for which concern do i tweeted. At least read the query before you react, I clearly mentioned that due to no netwrok I recharged airtel and I am going to port ny jio number to some other operator if not solved

    @JioCare I'm using Jio Fiber. Thought of giving it a try, but your network is so poor that servers in India itself have 140ms ping forget about SEA/EU servers. I'm not sure how your routing works but believe me, it's so bad that even a mobile data connection has it better. [1/n]

    @reliancejio I am experiencing a poor service from you on my jiofiber. I have raised an issue yesterday morning still they didn't come to resolve it. My work is based on internet only. If the service is poor and time consuming why should I rely on your products.

    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur Calling customer care they will just ignore it totally.... & the biggest problem is they want everywhere there monopoly you can recharge only from there app and only that particular customer can recharge. There speed there service there every thing is just fool & loot India ppl

    Hello @reliancejio .. Have an outage at my home since yesterday. Registered a complaint SR000013Q50Q y'day- Was told engineer would visit my house between 1000-1200 hrs today. No movement yet. 3-4 months back also, I had the same indifferent experience. Why such shoddy service?

    @JioCare It is showing that some is using in GIOMEK1. I never purchased an android device, go through your system logs. Firstly, I’ve already given my consent to deactivate 7019877171 almost many years back.

    Worst experience with Jio. If we are planning to set up new connection they will come within 24hrs and if any issue their costumers are facing they take more than 3 days with no response at all. Thank you for such amazing services. @reliancejio @JioCare
