@JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

@JioCare Because of wrong commitment, 3 times request hold without my consent. So I am scared about your services. If I will continue with you then I am sure will face such issue in future again and jio will not provide service, that's the reason to disconnect your connection.

The internet speed on jio sim card is slower than 2G. Whenever we call jio customer care, they say everything is okay in your are. You're charging the same but the service is so bad. @reliancejio @JioCare
