    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    @reliancejio jio fibre network is down for the past 3.5 hrs in chennai Iyyapanthangal area, 600056. and no action from jio network on this. Remember that many are working from home and this is jeopardising our office works. #jiodown.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    @JioCare I am shifting to Airtel and soon will downgrade the service or disconnect. Because 6 days matters a lot. When we try to lodge a complaint the appointment date the app gives is after 3 days and after that your support centre says on 30th that by 1st it will be resolved but.....

    @reliancejio Zero customer service. More than 48 hours of Outage of services. No resolution, no place to take your grievance to. The customer care number, the chat services all hoax. Can't believe this is an actual private company. This is fraud.

    @JioCare very rude and unprofessional behavior by customer care executive. While taking the jio fiber connection i was committed for free cloud space and zee5 Netflix and amazon prime subscription. But I didn't get anything, very poor service, false commitments. Better to switch.
