    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @reliancejio facing intermittent network issues recently. Unable to make or receive calls or use mobile data from phone. VoLTE not functioning for SIM. Already changed SIM and activated again. Plz resolve this issue.

    @JioCare team I had recharged my jio in the month of aug. But almost for 8 continuous days I had network issue. Fault at your end later rectified. My question is since I have not used for 8 days because of your fault, will you extend my due date in sep? Ac no 91 4479677164

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @JioCare My JioFiber/WiFi linked with Fixed Line No. 022-35526345 has not been working for the past 3 days. I have already raised complaints, received SR updates, and even sent an email, but the issue is still unresolved. Your app also shows a service interruption in my area. Kindly provide a resolution timeline and fix this ASAP. #JioFiber #JioDown

    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    @nagababuperaba3 @JioCare 3 months passed. Called customer care multiple times, and every time they said, “Yes, it’s a backend issue” and raised another Service Request. Multiple SRs have been raised, but still no refund processed. Even filed a complaint in NCH. #BanJio #JioRefund #CustomerComplaint
