11 days and 5 complaints later, @reliancejio still won't fix my problem, nor does their customer service let me escalate to someone who can actually help me. Guess I'm going back to Airtel and hoping they bring fiber to my society soon.

@reliancejio today i visit reliancejio customer care service at Miraroad the staff over there has no manners how to talk with customer and and when i ask why are you talking like these the reply from staff was complaint to Ambani don’t twll me please look at it before it is late

@JioCare I have already paid the installation fee. Jio fibre will be installed in 2 days I'm glad to be a Jio user now. I was a @Airtel_Presence user but it has the worst internet service.

The poor chap at the @reliancejio customer care who put me on hold to go check the case details must have been at a total loss for new excuses to make, so he kept me on hold for 15 minutes till the call dropped. Kya customer care hai, wah wah. Gujarat model of tech support.

I opted for Jio Fiber subscription for 3 months and cancelled it after 1 month. According to Jio executives I should have received my return amount but it's been almost more than a month, I have not received it and customer care is never reachable. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
