Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

@JioCare pls downgrade the plan to 199 in postpaid as need to recharge other prepaid . This is due to your issue and not mine. Why should I pay 400 extra for this need revert asap

@JioCare wanted to change pre to post and then go for family post paid plan itd been 4 visit to jio store matunga mumbai still not done. Now 1 postpaid upgraded from 199 to 599 other prepaid validaty over. Still no solution
