Requesting all people, please don't fall for @reliancejio as their service is pathetic. They take one day to respond to tweet initially. The enginner never comes, despite 48 hr assurance. Who can wait for 48 hrs for internet services to be restored in this era of WFH? @rsprasad

Pathetic Quality and Pathetic Speed @JioCare @reliancejio. After being promised auto upgrade to 300Mbps I am not even getting 100. Upload speed is 20. Horrible stability.

.@reliancejio has been giving me speeds of less than 1mbps on a 500mbps connection, their engineer missed the scheduled visit without notice or getting in touch and now I can't get ahold of their customer care on the phone or live-chat. What a shitshow.

They are not picking up the call, I mailed thrice to the nodal office in Haryana but no revert. They are harassing the customer. How to reach the proper channel? Because no one is taking care of the harassment of the customer. Better to switch to other networks @reliancejio .
