    So @JioCare sent me my postpaid bill exactly on time today! But they have not resolved my network,call drop & DND(marketing call) issues since Dec’21 Should we as unsatisfied customers get flexibility on bill payments basis open issues? Is it a fair ask? One last thing #JioSucks

    @JioCare Unfortunately Reliance Jio Services are now Unreliable!!!! This is the 3rd such interruption in recent months. The last one happened last Sunday, wiping out all desires to see Jio TV or any other entertainment by the entire family! Going BAD!!!

    @JioCare I have jio fiber router when it was first introduced. This router has defect, frequently wifi breaks. Got a feedback from your service people that old router has general problem. Replace with new one with 3 month of 100 mbps plan or 6 month with 30. Why load on customer

    @JioCare Hi Please do not let the trust go from jio. I know the network enhancement is a huge process and it takes long time.And just letting the customer know that there is weak coverage in the area and will try to improve in the future is not the right thing that I want to know.
