    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR0000364K4Z. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    @JioCare my connection is disconnected since 11:00 1st i got message it will start by 12:15 nw i got msg problem solved by 8:15 how fair is it if we dont recharge our connection is immediately disconnected why should we bare so much hrs every 2 hrs u guys are extending time

    @JioCare “Rest assured” and “shortly” are meaningless after 10 days of waiting. I paid ₹1200 on 9 May for relocation and still no technician, no installation, no resolution. How much more patience do you expect from customers, @JioCare?
