    @JioCare we are in khiranagar nabard park Santacruz Mumbai, there are about 60 to 70 jio broadband connections. Most. Of the time the service is out of order. No response from your representatives. We have decided to disconnect the service enmasse. Totally dissatisfied

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the worst network i am ever facing and that too in Noida on 4g & soon there will be 5g launching. If you can’t handle the networks properly why are you having it? Everytime call drop and internet issues. I’ll port my number to @reliancejio soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is asking me to wait 10 days for a refund of 7100/- after they failed to install JioFiber in 4 days in an existing connection. The customer care team and the technicians are not even answering my calls. Bunch of misleading scammers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio shocked to see jio speed less than 2 mbps in most parts of delhi..at most places inside building no internet or so slow...from best to worst network..if no action taken most people will port to airtel..worst ever services recent..dmrc also worst network..
