@JioCare Its a week I’ve been complaining abt no internet & still it isn’t resolved 26 Feb:Was told v will get back in 48hrs which no1 did 3 March: My Previous complaint is dismissed as latitude & longitude not known so gave a complaint again where I was told 2 wait for 48hrs

@reliancejio when failing to any landline number from Jio mobile, it gives message that landline number is busy- try after sometime. Tried on my landline number too. Getting calls from other operators like Vodafone and Airtel. Address the issue at the earliest

Prior to that, he gave me total gyaan on activation. Pitched me postpaid. But didn't advise me the sim is not available. I'm extremely disappointed @VittalGopal with this service. You lost a customer #airtel today. Going to join @reliancejio.

@reliancejio Your network speed is very slow, inorder to watch a 1 sec vdo have to wait for 10 sec buffering. Along with dropped calls and voice not getting connected after call and such issues. In Mangalore everywhere it's the same with your network, especially at airport area.
