    @JioCare @pipriyaprashant All they say is dm ur no.. & click on the link. Thats it. Network problem solved. The worst part is that @reliancejio wants me to buy a new phone.. 🤓🤐 for better network connectivity 😇

    Dear @JioCare here in my home the network is like 2g not 4g, have complained many times but customer service saying that this is for the users increasing in my area,dear jio thats not my fault if you're increasing your customers you should increase your services too

    @JioCare worst internet service provider... In the name of 4g only providing 2g net speed... But internet packs are high at cost day by day.

    @JioCare 30aug,i had tweeted about the bad network in Tinsukia,assam. no improvements, as I hadn’t recharged my jio no ,I received no less than 30 messages and 10 calls pestering me to recharge. And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

    @reliancejio worst 4G ever . Its been over a month, the jio 4G speeds have deteriorated in Tinsukia, Assam. A simple E-Way Bill cannot be generated without frustration. Please improve or People will shift to @BSNLCorporate which provides the best 4G out here.

    @RishavMishra24 @reliancejio @JioGigaFiber_ @JioCare @JioCinema Yeah, I called JIO SERVICE , they said it is free for first three months of installation in any recharge of JioGiga Fibre. But After three months you have to buy a Quarterly Silver pack to get subscription

    @reliancejio Before putting up claim for fame, please restore the network coverage properly. Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

    @TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

    @JioCare what is the right forum to escalate a deliver guy who took payment saying activation of Jio Prime (when asked customer care over call they mentioned as delivery charges). At first he mentioned system is down - still he initiated MNP form submission for my form.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber Id is +91-3379615945 Registered no- 9330154948 Hi Jio team, I was using jio fiber of this number. I was facing a lot of issues with this jio fiber and I requested for the replacement and it got replaced.
