    @TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

    @reliancejio Before putting up claim for fame, please restore the network coverage properly. Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

    Dear @JioCare here in my home the network is like 2g not 4g, have complained many times but customer service saying that this is for the users increasing in my area,dear jio thats not my fault if you're increasing your customers you should increase your services too

    @reliancejio while writing I have been waiting on call Jio Customer Care 198 since 1hour more & still going on.... Best Service in India.. Most 3rd class service of jio.. Most useless & most 3rd class type Jio customer care executive.. Shame On You.. JIO...

    @reliancejio worst 4G ever . Its been over a month, the jio 4G speeds have deteriorated in Tinsukia, Assam. A simple E-Way Bill cannot be generated without frustration. Please improve or People will shift to @BSNLCorporate which provides the best 4G out here.

    @RishavMishra24 @reliancejio @JioGigaFiber_ @JioCare @JioCinema Yeah, I called JIO SERVICE , they said it is free for first three months of installation in any recharge of JioGiga Fibre. But After three months you have to buy a Quarterly Silver pack to get subscription

    @reliancejio @JioCare Closing a fiber account has been frustrating. Not able to get a human on call, or use relocate connection on myjio. Email sent and finally got a service agent who went to location and instead of closing the connection, updated the primary number only. Cancel

    Dear @JioCare, It's been 15 days without JioFiber internet. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution or proper support. ( +91-2462327600) This is completely unacceptable. I request you to disconnect my JioFiber connection immediately. I cannot continue paying for a service that isn't being provided.     @JioCare I want my money back. @jiocare, please respond to my request. I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your *Order No.* is *NO0001EKII62*, Monday it was supposed to be installed. The concerned person not bothered to take call. Is this customer service. Saturday payment done and yet no installation and you claim for 24 hrs installation

    @JioCare Hi Team, They have again closed the 2nd ticket but no one has reached out to us. I wonder why there is no mechanism to check if they have provided the service before closing the incident. What am i supposed to do now?

    Absolutely disgusted with the jio fibre sales rep. Gave me half information and sold me the plan. Customer care disconnected my call. No one wants to help. Please cancel my service and refund my money. I don't want it. @JioCare
