@JioCare 30aug,i had tweeted about the bad network in Tinsukia,assam. no improvements, as I hadn’t recharged my jio no ,I received no less than 30 messages and 10 calls pestering me to recharge. And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

@TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

@reliancejio Before putting up claim for fame, please restore the network coverage properly. Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

@reliancejio @JioCare We are the citizens of a rural area named Rupaidiha , kewalpur tehsil nanpara dist. bahraich 271881.. In our area the #jio network is so worst that we cannot even call properly. The tower is 100 m only away and but still the net speed lies b/w 10/15 kbps.
