@reliancejio Before putting up claim for fame, please restore the network coverage properly. Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

@JioCare 30aug,i had tweeted about the bad network in Tinsukia,assam. no improvements, as I hadn’t recharged my jio no ,I received no less than 30 messages and 10 calls pestering me to recharge. And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

Seriously @reliancejio @JioCare I bever face a similar issue with my @Airtel_Presence broadband. All issues, including relocation happen promptly without a single phone call. Why is dealing with you always such a pain?

@JioCare I made recharge of 601 in morning. Unable to use data there is no internet at all if swich to JIO while able to use Airtel data. Called customer service and as usual hung after 15 minute wait time. Its urgent for me. Pls help.
