    @JioCare 30aug,i had tweeted about the bad network in Tinsukia,assam. no improvements, as I hadn’t recharged my jio no ,I received no less than 30 messages and 10 calls pestering me to recharge. And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

    @RishavMishra24 @reliancejio @JioGigaFiber_ @JioCare @JioCinema Yeah, I called JIO SERVICE , they said it is free for first three months of installation in any recharge of JioGiga Fibre. But After three months you have to buy a Quarterly Silver pack to get subscription

    @JioCare ur 198 guys are repeating the same words from 20sept.. to check my phone.. So how is it possible to get network outside my home not inside my room!!! this is outrageous @reliancejio and dear @TRAI u just sit like a duck & suck💩

    @JioCare worst internet service provider... In the name of 4g only providing 2g net speed... But internet packs are high at cost day by day.

    @reliancejio Before putting up claim for fame, please restore the network coverage properly. Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

    @TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

    @reliancejio Placed multiple requests to get a jio fiber connection but every time same response wait we will contact you. Why you people declare it is available in every location when actually it is not. Service is decreasing and rates are increasing. Need a jio fiber ASAP.

    I basically want to relocate my jio fiber with in my block where i live but when i talked to your customer service executive he said me to wait till 15th but i am shifting on 9th of April and i have work from home so how would i cope up. Such a bad service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @NetflixIndia Why I am not allowed to relocate my existing paid jio fiber connection. Which I had recharged just 18 days back with Rs. 14,145.84 for next one year. Due to extreme urgency I have to shift my residence within Kharghar Sector 11. Kindly help me and allow relocation.

    @JioCare I have a query regarding return of Jio broadband modem. It was promised that 1500 of caution deposit will be returned anytime if i cancel my connection. But customer support executive is telling only 500 will be refunded if i cross free trial period of 30 days. Pls help.
