And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

Gaurav (@GauravMajee) reported@JioCare I've shared my details via DM. This issue is due to water entering the fiber cable because of poor installation. Replace the damaged cable and equipment free of cost and resolve the issue immediately.
