And when i tel them about the network problem they say they are fixing it and hangup.

Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

Pravash Ranjan (@IamPravash) reported@jiocare is the worst customer care of all services. They don't even have a system in their app to raise complaint. My JioFiber is not working from morning and there is no way I can complain to them. There app is full of AI bots which are incapable like them.
