The caller already knew my alternate contact number linked to my Jio account and asked about my network experience. This is deeply concerning. I never shared my alternate number with that caller. Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls?
