Even with JioFi the internet speed in the area is very slow. The customers are feeling being cheated and are switching over to other service providers. Jio care is just not bothered, we are duped .

A simple E-Way Bill cannot be generated without frustration. Please improve or People will shift to @BSNLCorporate which provides the best 4G out here.

My JioFiber connection has been down for over a week. I've made 4–5 calls to customer care, and even reaching your support team has been a struggle.
