@JioCare It’s been 24+ hrs my internet is down & I have made 2 calls to your helpline. Another ticket SR00001BT97K was raised for engg visit but still no change. In my last call the agent told me it will take another 24 hrs for resolution & deliberately disconnected the call.

@JioCare I received a mail which said engineer visited my location and identified the issue but it will take time. While I got no call , saw nobody visiting. The issue remains same. Can I get more details or jio engineers are mr. India now ?
