many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, Seems like we are planning to launch 5G services in India but what about existing 4G network. Internet speed is worse then 2G in rural areas.I would suggest to fix 4G first then prepare for 5g #jio #jio_network_down #JioTrue5G

@JioCare Please stop with your gyaan. I am on iPhone 14+ and iOS 16.2 - everybody in my family (who lives in my house) has JIO 5G, only difference is they are on physical SIMs. Just admit you nincompoops have a bad issue with 5G on your eSIMs. Stop misleading with your BS.
