many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare But due to this i already loose my work to much sometimes i was felt due to #jiofiber i want to switch if from another internet service provider, i didn't know that the Jio provides the late service to there customer. I already suffer the leave loose of my work.

@JioCare I am using Jio fibernet and getting a terrible experience. Have called up your customer care multiple times. They ask the same robotic questions about 3rd party VPN and router and at the end no complaint is registered. Can any human being with common sense call me?

@CryogenicPlanet @reliancejio Starlink is actually cheap compared to the alternatives here. We pay $80/mo per household for our current internet iirc? Also pay ~$200/mo for a MOFI hotspot (12mbps down/4up) as backup, which doesnt even include the expensive installation or required hardware.

@JioCare He does not know how many times he has called your customer care, he just told us that this problem will be a question in a couple of months. Doing one by one two months, 6 months and 7 months have been completed. We have been absolutely upset and we have decided.
