    many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @prof_Quot Hey team jio present i am unable to use internet in this arealong time ,even calling is also not possible very quickly, many time complaint given from my campus personal but the issue is not resolved , this area is present at indo Nepal border, in district - Madhubani, Bihar.

    @gaddardunia @reliancejio @airtelindia Looks like funny thinking about Airtel even 4G not working properly, i use pixel device 5G capable device nothing working about Airtel voice break etc...
