    Daily Engineer Visit is being scheduled and no one is attending. When I reach the JioCare they just rescheduling the visit. I understood that Jio cant provide service to me. Please consider this as my request for cancellation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare when #JioFiber goes down how many requests & how long will it take to resolve? Raised SR00001CTRFY,SR00001CTLK0,SR00001CU2BL service requests till now no communication when the connection will be restored. Guys #DontOptJioFiber to save mental peace 🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare MY JIO FIBER NO IS 6562355357 AND I HAVE COMPLAINED AS ON 05.08.2022 FOR REMOVAL OF PROBLEM BUT NO ONE IS TAKING ACTION. WHAT WILL BE THE FUTURE OF JIO FIBER? IF SUCH TYPE PROBLEM NOT SOLVED WITHIN 5 DAYS?

    Its surprising that Jio's social media team is busy scratching other service providers twitter handle, then grab that opportunity, make fake promises of customer delight and when customer pays then no response. its ben 1 hour @Akash_Ambani @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Able to know from technical team that now they wouldn't able to provide the internet service due to jio set up premise permission issue. No help customer care. Now please help to refund my full deposit amount Rs 1500 and Rs 824 recharge amount.
