    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare I've booked my connection last Friday. Installation guys came twice to check but my Installation is still pending. I'm really disappointed with the service because of the issue I'm facing.

    @Aditya009can @JioCare Already surrendered the #JioFiber account. Now chasing them to issue the refund of security deposit which was supposed to be "immediate"

    @reliancejio Jio Engineers failed to resolve vpn issues with new 5g router. Not able to do wfh. Refused to refund money too...Biggest looters and stupid customer care.

    @JioCare @jio @reliancejio Shameless , Incompetent, Pathetic Service. Following Jio fiber from 5 month for Uninstallation. The incompetent team of jio fibre not able uninstall device and refund my my money. More have 30 complaints raised to customer care and Appllate all in vain.

    @JioCare I am waiting for last 4-5 days to install my jio fibre. Despite payment , it is not done although I have made payment . The appointment has been rescheduled without my knowledge multiple times.  Very disappointed with your service  My order is  NO0000JG9L3M
