many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare it has been 4 months now that I'm awaiting refund of my security deposit. There is a long mail chain which is going on, where I have submitted blank cheque details, statements confirming that I haven't recieved any refund but there has been no solution yet. Pathetic!!

Today morning in 8:05 a call from +91-8653327130 and he said he is calling from @JioCare mumbai i will port your number in @reliancejio and suggest me download an app quick support, after i downloaded he call me and ask my user id. Is that authentic call?

Jio fiber is using customer's money for 25-30 days they are not installing connections. Rescheduled my request for more then 10 times. If you called then they have no answers. If you mail them they are not addressed properly. @JioCare @reliancejio
