May be due to less towers jio is nott able to handle Crorers customer they get as recharge packs are affordable.

I was on a chat with Jio advisor and the chat was disconnected, I spoke to 3 advisors for the same issue issue 2 of them disconnected the call.

Sometimes ago i just port in to Jio Postpaid from Airtel Postpaid but found a pathetic network and customer service. No proper network at my home and feel the same for highway as my songs stucked bcz of network. Now again in Airtel finally far better than Jio.
