    @deepakshrm095 @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio Dnt expect much from @JioCare All they do at d end is to give excuse saying dat many users r trying to access d network at same time. Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

    @JioCare Yes, its usually good. Let there be many users, BUT atleast provide full signal📶. Now it seems to be somewhat ok. But signal is still fluctuating.

    @kirankadam0007 @reliancejio @JioCare only know the ways to fool to the customers. But they will never ever work to improve the network. Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

    @INDIAN_mks @JioCare Worst customer service in the industry. Only fool the customers. Whenever a complaint comes their reply is always the same - "As checked, your location has good Jio coverage. However, you are facing issue as there are many users trying to access the internet at the same time."

    @JioCare @kirannaga311 When u hav done switching the device. We will say that the issue is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time. Kindly use the network when there are less or no users trying to access the network so that u can get the best network speed of @JioCare

    @JioCare You are not aware of your own interface. I am not able to see 399 plan in my app now. Pl help me.. I am forced to ask for discontinue my wifi connection because of bad support.. Pl get the settop box installed or revert my plan to 399. Hope you will help this time.

    @JioCare I don't see any option to attach my details and give me any email I can share this information. It's useless again as this was my emergency requirement and it's not needed anymore. The good news is that payment is still processing with JIO.

    When Airtel is already providing Wi-Fi Calling to us, then what is the problem for Jio? Why is Jio not able to offer the same service in our state? Please enable Wi-Fi Calling in Kashmir soon, otherwise many users may switch to Airtel. @JioCare

    @JioCare "In progress" is not an answer. It’s been 2 days without service. Today is Monday and we have critical WFH commitments that are being derailed because of @JioCare’s delay. Provide me a fix immediately. Don't make me wait until the 21st for a known area issue! @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Hi, I have Jiofiber Connection at home which is giving issues since a month. When I request for engineer visit, I get the details but at the end moment I get message that it is cancelled. The router is just not working properly, is it too much to ask to get it changed?
