Have had enough excuses from them and had to port out to airtel. Sometimes, I wonder if Jio is a legalised scammer or fraudster. @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst customer service in the industry.

Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

However, if u opt for Jio keep in mind that @JioCare has the worst customer care service. All they do is copy and paste and never provides a solution or resolution to any complaints.

Forget about this, i am facing issue in calling. Whenever someone tries to call me ...it said the caller is out of network coverage.
