Whenever a complaint comes their reply is always the same - "As checked, your location has good Jio coverage. However, you are facing issue as there are many users trying to access the internet at the same time."

Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

However, if u opt for Jio keep in mind that @JioCare has the worst customer care service. All they do is copy and paste and never provides a solution or resolution to any complaints.

These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.
