Ported in to @Airtel_Presence from Jio and its been good so far. @Airtel_Presence does work to resolve issues unlike Jio who gives only excuses.

Their resolutions to every complaints end with-'the issue is temporary and it is due to many users trying to access the network at the same time'.

There was zero improvement in their network quality. I was fed up of their excuses and had to port out from Jio. All they do best is only fool the customers.

These operators never compensate the customers\consumers for the bad network. They charged the FULL amount even if there is no network for the whole day.
