    @JioCare Been out of internet since the past two days and no help has arrived to resolve the issue. Has happened thrice since connection was established nearly a month ago. Not really healthy customer service.

    @JioCare Still no attempt made in any direction to resolve the issue I have had with my internet connectivity. Above that when I call customer care they say i have to wait four more days. Worst customer service I have ever seen. THE WORST.

    @JioCare i am facing regular challenge with no network error for at least 15 minutes but today since morning 9 am it has stopped working on both my jio numbers 8860607976, 8860077574. Kindly get it fixed asap. Currently in haridwar

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI having 3 jio numbers one prepaid 2 postpaid but the network in my area is zero since long time complained lot of times but no action taken to improve it.If problem is not solved i will hav to port my numbers to some other service provider

    @JioCare The reason why your jio fiber will not grow specially in Dehradun is because of your employees who are rude and slacking. They took my money 1 week ago and still have not installed the fiber connection. All employees and managers and the engineers are rude.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence very bad service every time I mailed n called worthless third class service don't use jio fiber your employees don't want do work you are moving towards bsnl dear copy cat I am using jio fiber since a year now but every month it sucks no customer servic

    @reliancejio I am so proud of your service. I am stuck in Uttarakhand with no broadband service in this rural area. Your Jiofi device is providing me an exceptional connection for WFH as my office applications do not work over phone Wifi. I must say - Jio is Best

    Worst service by @JioCare i have subscribed to jio fibre recently in dehradun but after making payment no one is responding about installation process. This is very bad start for me .. i think i hv made bad decision. #JioFiber

    @MinkaReturns @JioCare No they take care . Last time i complained they called the head of dehradun jio department. Nd further head himself called me and asked for the apology . Since then whatever problem i face i contact here first Its evening ryt nw ., if it was morning i might contact the head here

    @JioCare @reliancejio once again they hold installation ( but i not requested to hold ) if the service need to take appointment for installation they can , if they no need they can hold , in this what is the customer role we can simply pay the amount and wait for installation

    @JioCare @reliancejio , facing network issue for 412108, If network issue won't get sorted within 3-4 days then more than 50 JIO user will port their SIM. Also this will indicate that JIO doesn't bother about customer. @reliancegroup
