    @reliancejio @JioCare take care of customers as the staff is incompetent and nonprofessional. I am waiting for my installation from one week in Dehradun. They are rude and never pick up phone.

    Sad but true that @reliancejio has non professional lot working for them in Dehradun.They refuse to pick up call and are rude, only interested in collecting the advance. @JioCare needs to look into this behavior.

    @reliancejio I m trying to reschedule my jio fiber from 10 days bt there is no respoding from jio staff.when did i go jio office it park i met mr SUDHANSHU kannoji nd i shared my problem which i m suffering from,then he told me why r u relocating jio fiber just take new jio fiber

    @JioCare The rescheduling is going on for this task since 14 October. No one turned up. Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @jiocare Both are Pathetic Networks. Not able to open a website. Getting 10 kbps speed in 4G network. From Past 2 year's, Raising Complaint for the same issue. Don't know what to do. Without Broadband Internet Connectivity is worst.

    @JioCare is stealing data from me. I have 2gb per day plan. But everyday I just use 300 to 400 data but 1 GB gone from my balance. How did this happen? Already having internet speed issues now stealing data from customers. Worst network. Everyday I just switch on net data gone
