  @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.

  @JioCare The rescheduling is going on for this task since 14 October. No one turned up. Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

  @reliancejio I have been trying to get the Jio fiber problem resolved for 3 days but nobody has bothered to do anything. On top of that, your service team marked it as resolved. My internet pack has been running in the meanwhile. Why can't you resolve a simple issue ?

  @JioCare Service request no. SR0000OU5T was raised y'day 17th Sept at 16:52 and the matter was to get resolved by 16:52 today which has not happened. A delay of few days may be a normal thing for you guys but it has not gone down well with me. So, pls work on it fast.

  @JioCare @JioCare Your response is not addressing my issue. I’m aware of the general “completed recharge cannot be refunded” rule. But Jio’s own official policy says a standard recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours. My ₹199 recharge is still QUEUED & UNUSED, and I attempted (1/2)

  @JioCare @JioCare Today, a technician finally came to check the Wi-Fi, and it turned out that the wire was simply cut at one point. He fixed it & started working within just two minutes. Yet it took 15 days to resolve such a simple issue. This is an absolutely terrible level of service.

  Hi @JioCare Shajapur local network team inspected our area (Village Mandlakhedi, 465337) and adjusted the Farad tower range. However, they officially confirmed that range adjustment WILL NOT work and a NEW TOWER is mandatory to fix this 2-3 year-old issue for 1,500+ users.1/2
