@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@reliancejio I will take you guys to the consumer court as you have taken money for Jio fibre in advance from me & it’s been more than 4 days my Internet is not working and you guys have not taken any action on it. Refund the money back else i will take legal action against you

@JioCare Non serious Jio care team adopting policy to harass and frustrate customer & asking issue times and DM assuring they r with us, will never read the issue and addressing . Forcing customers opt legal actions and approach consumer forums. Hope I should not be one.
