    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare I paid additional 2000₹ rupees at that time apart from 1500₹ for new connection, overall I paid 3500₹ at that time last month on 30th of March my Jio fiber was not working so i schedule an appointment for next day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You guys are having worst network ever... If electricity is available network will be average if electricity is out of reach no network will be there.. If I talk about data speed then it is not lesd than a nightmare for us ... #WorstJioNetwork

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima i have been complaining about old router to be picked up from last month and during this time i have multiple times called customer care and lodged complain.really bad customer service by jio.#badservicecustomernyjiofiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recently switched to JIO FIBRE in search of good connectivity and good after sale service, but @reliancejio has disappointed me alot. Guys please don’t trust any company blindly before knowing the customer experience of that customer who can recently joined

    @JioCare Everytime your service engineer ask for money, I told them that please install the box outside my House there is a street poll there but they said we can't do this

    @JioCare Don't show your service by massage only copy and paste readymade massages..... So your jio Fibre fast service..... Last 5 days making fools to the customer replying no service engineer available..... Then why you are giving this kind of fraud service and collecting money from pub

    @JioCare I am regretting porting to Jio. The network coverage and data connectivity is pathetic. To tweet this complain, had to use wifi as even twitter is not opening on mobile data. 😔
