@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Daily internet shutdown from around 7:30 PM to 12 AM in our village affecting all users on Airtel and Jio. This has been happening consistently and appears to be a tower-level issue impacting the whole village. Request @airtelindia and @JioCare to resolve immediately.

@JioCare This is not an issue with my number. The entire village is facing the same problem every day. Internet service stops around 7:30 PM to 12 AM for all users on the same tower. Location: Village – Bans Baroulia, Bilsi, Badaun, Uttar Pradesh 243633
