  @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

  @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio . Absolute shambles. Raised a ticket on Monday (23-Mar). This is my second ticket for a speed related issue. But no resolution yet. Earlier the app shoes technician assigned but not thats also not showing. Pathetic.
