@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@reliancejio @JioCare Network issue on our residential area. only two network signals showing in my apartment on 2nd floor. I have to go outside in balcony for the calls and to access internet. That is what we are paying for this service?

@JioCare pathetic service. Against 3-hour TAT for complaint resolution, it has been 24 hours & no one has appeared as yet. Took away my hard earned money as 3-month advance but could not provide service for even an hour 😕😔
