There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

No resolution, no help for 24 hours… only some lame excuses about some wire broken which cannot be fixed in 24 hours!
