@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare @reliancejio your after sale service is pathetic worst for Jio Fiber. Today internet speed is only 1 mbps raised multiple requests to customer care every time your executive say engineer is coming in 1 hour since 3 pm but no one came since then.

From yesterday jio 5g was not available in my area...from last 2 month I'm using jio 5g with full potential and suddenly from last 2 days it's automatically turns to 4g....@reliancejio @JioCare kindly help...
