@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare Team just tel me how much time you want more than 48hrs gone and still you saying keep patience, you understand without phone how much difficulty, offices are doing from home, we can not say to office that no network in my phone.

@JioCare Why don't u call us to escalate the issue .. we would provide proper reason that we r facing internet connectivity.. no tower in our area.why don't u install a tower... Lot's of users are facing online classes regarding issue... Why don't make it on priority...
