    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    Hey @OnePlus_IN , I am using a @JioCare sim in Oneplus nord2 device, Most of the time when people call me It find me unreachable, however network is there in the phone. What is the issue , how it can be fixed, please help me out or I need to port the sim and change the device

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network issue on our residential area. only two network signals showing in my apartment on 2nd floor. I have to go outside in balcony for the calls and to access internet. That is what we are paying for this service?

    @JioCare It's really weird to see that your AutoPay recharge system has failed for one of my contact numbers. When I spoke to your customer care, they said the reason of failure would be notified via a message, but sadly I haven't received any message from you. What is this?

    @JioCare pathetic service. Against 3-hour TAT for complaint resolution, it has been 24 hours & no one has appeared as yet. Took away my hard earned money as 3-month advance but could not provide service for even an hour 😕😔
