@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare @reliancejio seriously you guys canr match the customer service that #airtel provides. Jiofibre connection down from 3 days and still not fixed. Customer care says we can't give you 3 days credit if the internet was down. Even when it is an outage for the whole building

@JioCare One Mr Mangesh who is the service incharge in my area called and confirmed that he will be reaching my place at 16:30 but he didn’t. His phone is now switched off! He did the same thing last week and last to last week that he is coming but he never came!
