    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    Only 2 /4 network bars in my phone for #jio . @reliancejio @JioCare you need to see the signal strength in our place.

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare That's the reason I got two spam call and these people call themselves as a jiocare support and asking my cell phone control through support and send me wts app link. Thanks for sharing information

    Worst services for Jio fiber 5G, don’t know will Jio be able to handle 5G services in India. They are not able to solve one service number in 11 days, today is 12 th Day and no one visited for repair. @PMOIndia request you to give 5G services in good hands. @reliancejio @JioCare

    If you can't fix ths issue I am ready to go with @reliancejio fiber, please do the refund as I have recharge my broadband now only Pathetic and hopeless service by u guys From last 5 days I am struggling to get my service back online but in return I just get "Tarikh pe Tarikh".

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am fed up of your pathetic customer service and zero integrity. Your fiber team comes and installs a new connection everytime there is any issue without closing the previous one. Now they are asking me for additional hardware which was not given by team.

    @JioCare I am getting frustrated by the kind of broadband services you are providing in Dehradun. Internet is not working since 12th July, I have called multiple times on your helpline and still no one is visiting from your side, same issue happened last month and for 10 days I..

    @JioCare Have been promised 20 different time slots for the engineers visiting my place in the last 3 days. Every time the excuse provided has been of extreme weather and flooding which are false. Customer service executives are of no help. Official stores can't help as well.
