    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio its been 4 days since i raised a service request for my airfiber . Since 4 days wifi is not working my 4 days of internet got waste my money got waste . No engineer had visited yet is this your service?

    Dear @reliancejio, My JioFiber connection has been down since Friday. I raised Service Request SR00003A5YKH, but the local support team has not responded at all. The engineer visit keeps getting rescheduled without any resolution or communication. #JioFiber #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare We have been facing Internet issue for the last 12days. Today also there was no network from the morning. Just now it came but it will go down again soon. Atleast tell us the reason behind internet shutdown. The entire Nandapur block in Koraput has been affected.

    Worst network, @JioCare. No signal most of the time. I'm paying for a 5G plan, but there's no 5G coverage. Even after paying ₹349, the service is disappointing. 😡😤 The internet speed is also very slow, even though my hometown is a city. Please fix the network coverage

    @JioCare there is a heavy rain in surat and people are at home. Actually we need wifi to watch TV and it does not working well since 3 to 4 days. Truly disappointed 😔

    @JioCare I’m currently outside India. My eSIM was accidentally deleted, and your support team is asking me to visit a Jio Store in India, which isn’t possible right now. Please help with an alternative way to reactivate my eSIM.

    @JioCare It's incorrect to claim that my issue was resolved within 1 day, because it actually took 5 days. Please don't misrepresent the facts. Based on this experience, I will not recommend JioFiber to anyone.
