    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare But I paid bill and I didn't request for cancellation I have two options paid bill or uninstall connection so I paid bill so how you cancel connection and service please reactivate service

    @JioCare This are typical DRAMABAAZI on every single day.. For one Sim delivery that I already Paid upfront and I have to beg around on Twitter for follow-ups. Why can’t @JioCare figure this out since 7 days and even not a single call to provided alternate number to apprise customer.

    @JioCare @jpbcare Please don’t even mention your customer service. You asked for all the required documents, and I submitted everything, yet my issue is still not resolved. Despite having KYC completed, I am unable to use my own money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I have issue with my jio fibre that it is getting disconnected for 1 hours or more they scheduled a technician visit and then he marked this as resolved without any visit and reason being my internet is working properly

    @JioCare Hello team, it's high time. I don't think you should close this case because you're just lying to the customer about a resolution, and I don't think you're finding one. I'll put you in legal court now; let's see how much time I give you compensation you should to pay me.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I'm a jio user since last 6-7 yrs Now I'm using your 5G sim with 5G unlimited plan But your network is terrible in last few days Showing 200KBps!!! Can't watch Matches Can't watch anything Fix this problem asap

    @JioCare Request to please read my issue there is no issue that payment not posted in the issue was I want to pay my postpaid bills As per my bill, the payable amount was ₹1,714.82, to my jio app I am click on pay bill and then asking a pin after UPI pin deduct ₹16,977.84
