    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare @JioCare technician came down , kept the modem/router in shutdown ( off) status for 8 hours so that they get replacement , what sort of troubleshooting process is this ?

    @JioCare The problem is yet not solved. Backend server issue I'm sure. The smart tv jio tv app is asking evey few hours a painful 6 digit OTP. Please address this issue urgently.

    @JioCare Now I'm not even able to call the customer care number. They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2:00 PM this morning, my Jio Air Fiber (1203255990)have suddenly been blinking red and not working. I've called customer service several times. They say it will be fixed, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for this poor service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare shambles levels of service. Even after having Jio postpaid for the last 3 years, the network fluctuation is horrific.

    @JioCare @reliancejio have been struggling to transfer my esim from apple phone to another apple phone. Visiting myjio app, customer care, your store nothing is working out. Now sim is not working in old phone neither in new phone. Pls help
