    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare You're completely missing the point. I am not asking how to pay the bill-I am questioning why I am being charged in the first place. Instead of repeatedly sending payment instructions, address the complaint and explain these fraudulent charges. If this is not resolved(1/2)

    I would suggest you guys to never buy a JioFiber, their customers care is worst. The online team doesn't fix problems. They just keep asking for id but the problem is never solved. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Why was payment collected upfront on 23rd May if installation couldn't be completed on time? "Assigned for a future date" is too vague and doesn't help. It's been 18+ days with no clear update. Please provide a firm installation date and ETA.

    @JioCare What exactly is the issue, and when will it be fixed? Every time I call customer care, my call gets disconnected, and all I receive is the same automated message saying the issue will be resolved in "4 hours."

    Worst experience with @reliancejio & @JioCare customer care. Reached out regarding an issue, but executive "Kartik" hung up midway saying he was connecting to a senior. This is highly Unprofessional & unacceptable. Need strict action against these kind of executives immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber my postpaid connection is started on 28-Feb and i got May bill n my jio service was suspended today due to non payment of bill. I just want to know if i have already paid 3 months bill then why my service was suspended for non payment ?

    @JioCare Can u share the service request number... I even visited the jio office today and person over there said the service request is closed open it from customer care for scheduling a visit... Such a pathetic state of affairs
