    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

    @JioCare ek bar sim bech diya to kya kaam ho gaya kya? Customer care se baat tak nahi ho pa rahi hai. App me bots pe timpass nahi karna hai. Call me for resolution of my problem or I'm taking my postpaid connection elsewhere.

    @JioCare It’s been 24+ hrs my internet is down & I have made 2 calls to your helpline. Another ticket SR00001BT97K was raised for engg visit but still no change. In my last call the agent told me it will take another 24 hrs for resolution & deliberately disconnected the call.

    I have raised a complaint on 12th of June regarding my internet problem of my jio fibre but there is no response from your side till now.Whenever i call your customer executive they will give new timing for technician visit, but no response @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I received a mail which said engineer visited my location and identified the issue but it will take time. While I got no call , saw nobody visiting. The issue remains same. Can I get more details or jio engineers are mr. India now ?

    @JioCare 1203157406 is landline no. Technician visit was arranged at your end....technician never visited. Internet no working. Red light on router. Will you send engineer?
