@JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

@JioCare Speedy resolution? What does Speed mean to Jio? I have allowed sufficient time. I have been patient from 1 week. Let's see when my patience also goes off and decide to switch to my old broadband provider.

@reliancejio 15-Jun-2022 : Complaint MR00012E5CMX raised for poor voice service. Status- Closed without resolution. 06-Oct-2022: Complaint re-raised SR00001EEOL8 for poor voice service none of the CSE's or the Seniors are willing to resolve. Fake info is shared. Look after it.

@JioCare SR00001ERY6Q had status as Resolved. But still my internet is not working. Is some magic Jio service engineers are doing? No one even came near the Jio pole to repair the connection. Yet the status shows Resolved. Excellent!! This shows the fraud nature of Jio and its workers

@JioCare Sir, just four hours before I got JIO Fiber installed at my home but SET TOP BOX is not working due to faulty HDMI cable and when I requested your engineer to change it he refused. Are these types of services being provided by JIO?

@JioCare SR00001EQ8QE says resolved on 21-Oct-2022. Internet is still not working Again, SR00001ERY6Q says resolved on 22-Oct-2022. Internet is still not working. This means Engineer never visited but is closing the service requests. Nice frauds Jio have hired
