    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    This is right time for @JioMart @reliancejio to review and change customer support processes. Use some human intelligence to understand the customer issues and provide the resolution. Agent told to arrange callback in case call dropped but never called.

    @reliancejio network connection in my area (gaya college of engineering, gaya , bihar) is very poor. It creates lots of disturbance in study. A lots of people have jio sim and all are having the same problem. We are not even able to place a phone call or surf minimal internet.

    @reliancejio I'm using jio true5G .. but can't able to make call with 5G mode.. when I call the network mode changed into 4G then call working.. for 4G Volte call.. for 5G Vonr call.. when will you activate Vonr

    @reliancejio Jio True 5G is Jio False 5G. Using Nothing Phone 1 which is 5G SA Current in DEL NCR and in dense 5G coverage area Using a plan which is 239+ Clicked on welcome offer banner Still I have no access to 5G and your customer service has no clue. Poor Service!

    @JioCare @AakashRz_22 It's not about an amount only but tell me what you people are doing as customer service..... We have to follow n number of instructions, wait for several minutes n still it doesn't help us in any aspect
