There has been numerous follow ups before installation and once done, the internet hardly worked for 1 hour. And since then no response from sales team or customer service.

Engineers don't answer calls, customer care is unreachable, and resolution keeps getting delayed. But bill overdue? Service is cut instantly. Will Jio compensate for the 5+ days I had no net.
