@JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

@AmitAraya7 @reliancejio I totally agree. Jio sucks, there is no fiber connection in my area and jio gives a ******* **** to expand and moreover the jio fi device which I am using keeps on fluctuating. There is no jio helpdesk nearby and jio fi has been stopped now by jio. #jiosucks

@airtelindia - Complaint raised yesterday at 2:00 pm still not resolved! No engineer assigned to fix my DTH issues ! Horrible service & response at your contact centre. After 4 years due to service issues decided to move to @TataSky or @reliancejio !

@reliancejio Your technician behaviour is very bad. They are charging extra Rs 300 for wire in New connection of jio Fiber. When I enquired from technician why u r taking Rs 300 extra they threat that I wll disconnect the connection. Please look forward.

@JioCare Good morning Team , I placed request for cancellation on 3rd July . Device was picked up on 10th July . And I am still waiting for refund. I am completely fed up with follow up. It looks only I have to tweet all time and there will not be resolution. Awesome experience with Jio
