When the power cut occurs The Jio network also shutdown. We are paying you for our service not for you excuse. Take an action right now otherwise I have to take a legal action against you and the network operator @reliancejio @JioCare I have attached my location

@JioCare @reliancejio hi past few days JioFiber internet keep disconnect , multiple tickets were raised, service ppl were saying its a backend issue ,entire anna nagar area affected takes 3 to 4 working days to resolve, I am wfh, so should I wait 3 to 4 days to resolve the issue?

@reliancejio Even after sharing my mobile number and writing about by issue nobody called me. This shows the concern of jio team for their customers.. Last 4 days and I am going to cancel my broadband service.

@reliancejio @JioCare the worst services possible. I have just spent 30 mins talking to a customer executive who is telling me that even though we provide 4G and 5G . If 4G is not working then they cant do anything. Effectively all android devices should be thrown away.

@JioCare When I call the jio customer care He says "apologies for the inconveniences" every time he says that sentence but solution is not.. thank you for your apology..i have switch network. Bye bye

Hello @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice SR00001BUBVC it has literally been a month, cancellation- refund request was logged and i have NOT received any mail or amount from your ward. you have failed to provide proper service, atleast be diligent at processing things.
