    @JioCare Service so bad that it compelled me to switch to Airtel. Jio losing a customer of 4 years- kudos to your customer support team. Extremely inefficient and clueless.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber More than 6 days, fiber installation pending, nobody responding, pathetic customer service. Everyday saying wait for 24 hrs. Please refund my amount. Order Id - NO0001D7PHN4 Just refund. I don't want your service.

    @JioCare Mr Nelson, that is an issue actually no one actually visits on scheduled appointments and instead they block numbers so that we don't call them.

    Hi team @JioCare @reliancejio Recently i moved to Hyderabad but here a new problem i am facing whenever there is a power cut signal drops from 5g to lte and it doesnt work cant even send a message on whtsapp i dont ifs just me or anyone else … please resolve this asap
