    @JioCare my jio fibre not working from last 10 days after multiple service request and customer care calls , still there is no resolution of any kind. It seems like jio as a company is not even interested solving the issue. Service request no : SR000037HXHH

    @JioCare Problem is not yet resolved since last Thursday. Pathetic service. Service engineer is not picking call. Terrible service . That is a simple reason why people are switching to airtel. U guys are forcing me to switch Airtel.

    @JioCare As requested, I have already shared my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number through DM. Despite this, there has been no response or progress from your support team. Please review the matter and provide an update on the resolution of the internet speed issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, you are the WORST internet service provider. We had been informed that an Internet connection will be done by morning at both our office and home and nothing post this is communicated. We have tried customer care and no response. Why such a long process?

    Thank you Airtel for proving that good network and customer service still exist. Jio keeps making big claims, but what’s the use if calls don’t connect and the internet struggles? Focus on improving the network, not just increasing users.@reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare
