    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service from you. Too poor customer service. Just do one thing check the retailer in whose inventory this sim is updated and block that retailer as he is giving sim to scammers and they are scamming us

When we raised this concern again, every time the customer executive said that they were rescheduling the visit, but it never happened, neither from our side nor from theirs. Then, after a few days, they told me to visit (3)

    I've been getting the same assurances for nearly 2 months. Cancel the order and provide a full refund. I no longer wish to continue with this endless cycle of false updates and template responses. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.
