    @JioCare Yet not technician visited for inspection, instead of sending technician you are sending process for troubleshooting and multiple time I told you that I have already done but problem remains same, kindly arrange technician for visit and fix the issues instead of asking

    Dear @JioCare, I've been requesting cancellation of my JioFiber connection since 1st August. It's been 6 days, multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple rescheduled pickup appointments - but still no cancellation. I have every call recording. Why should a customer have to beg to discontinue a service? #JioFiber #CustomerService

    Is there anyone who can take a few seconds to reply? My internet is not coming for the past several weeks in my area. Before I was getting uninterrupted internet service suddenly it has stopped and this is only in my area @JioCare

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @nodaljio My fiber is not working from 24-7-2026 , today is 6-8-26, issue is not resolved , I do daily call for it but service engineer not comming for service , It's a very poor service by jio , i want to do special function to surrender this dabba

    @JioCare Dear Jio team, The refund is pending for 37 days now The service request you are referring to is also pending for a week now Call received on 31-Jul assured me refund by 4-Aug.. which is long gone. I will plainly say this - so far i have received NO HELP from your end. #PATHETIC

    @JioCare @reliancejio why i am not able to generate upc code? Already removed family member . Still its not working. UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance
