    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare Whatever you have to do, do it quickly. I've been frustrated for months. I'm wasting my money by establishing a relationship with your company. If you need to install a tower, I'll help. Or if you want to do something else, do it.

    @reliancejio yesterday i purchased new jio prepaid simcard through My Jio app and made the payment of rs 299, still not received my simcard but one person called me from jio and asking me to pay rs 199 activation charges. I am really disappointed and given complaint to jio care .

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My location is Chatakpur village of Latehar district of Jharkhand, it has been many years since 5G came another locations but till date 5G band has not been installed in my village due to which there is a lot of problem, the internet also runs very slow.

    @JioFiber @reliancejio This is absolutely pathetic! 😤 I've raised multiple complaints about poor broadband connectivity,ZERO action taken. Your customer care is non-existent. At this point, just help me close my connection so I can move to a provider that actually cares.

Request you to use the selfcare route to reschedule the engineer visit after (1/3)

    @JioCare I'm experiencing no network signal in my area, with dropped calls, and intermittent incoming and outgoing calls. The internet doesn't work at all. No internet connection is available. I'm getting such a poor network today. 7503268771
