    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare Today 16 june 2026.Service request no: SR000038CYCT So far not attended Daily data charges being paid Not attending call service engineer..no resolution 4th day..I am paying data charges also..worst customer treatment..fully day kept calling

    @JioCare , @MIB_India , @_MukeshAmbani I'm very disappointed and upset to inform you that Jio's 4G and 5G services in my area is very poor. I don't get any solutions when I talk to customer service, but I get vague answers about technical issues. Try to fix it ASAP

    @JioCare My internet is STILL NOT WORKING. SR No. SR000037OTEN. You committed restoration by 14th June 2:46 PM. That deadline has passed and the service remains down. For days, I have received nothing but apologies, assurances, and false timelines.

    @JioCare At least check the DM sir....this is the 4th time and 4th person who told me to share 4 different datas...and i already Provided everything in dm ...but idk if I would get any solution anytime soon.@JioCare . How is your service ..do you also do the same thing @airtel??

    @JioCare @reliancejio any of you havetime to look into my service request or just sold the subscription and no service? Thousand times called to customer care. If you have little shame then resolve the issue. SR000038DSGV

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare JIO DOESNT CARE about customer. They ensure that you get torutured at a level, you will quit by yourself.

    @reliancejio you have one of the worst customer service care. Worst officials with no knowledge are seating there at your call centre. Can't answer any queries properly. You just pay them to receive call not to help or care for customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My AirFiber device is defective—the power port has turned black as it has short-circuited, and the internet works intermittently. Despite repeated complaints, you only ask me to DM details and then stop responding. Replace the faulty device & fix the issue
