    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare I am already a jio user but i have @airtelindia sim too where i am facing low signal in my area. If the team will not give reply or solve my prblm i will definitely change my number airtel to jio and i will give real feedback to my viewers and family to use jio instead of airtel

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio despite having jio 5g plan and jio 5g converge your 5g doesn't even work for a min I just get the 5g signal but it doesn't work then what's the meaning of recharging for 349 😑😑

    Reopen Service Request SR00003CLX6F (No. 7059212786). Facing continuous no network issues since 30th Dec 2025. Closing the ticket without resolving the coverage problem is unacceptable. Please fix this network issue immediately and provide a clear timeline! @JioCare @nch1915

Why the hell a customer has to face such mental harassment at the cost of the illiterate behaviour by your JIO employees of not being able to read & interpret my simple email?

    @JioCare i have new jio airfiber connection + 91-6432368708 got on 30th July but i m frequently getting disconnection and email address is wrong so i m not not getting any email update regarding connection so pls reach me out on registered no. sort out the problem
