They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday.
