@JioCare Onto the 3rd day now. No call or visit from any engineer. It is sad to see how Jio neglects customer grievance when it should be their top priority. If you have a response other than the canned one, do let me know.

@JioCare of the technician nor anyone came to mine flat for jio fiber installation setup. I never expected such kind of pathetic service from Jio Team. I have already conveyed your support team that I need to get it set it up by today only for mine professional work but it was not done...

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

@JioCare And why your Marketing team is not showing on ads that after one month if you disconnect the connection.. 1000 will be deducted so that your connection booking employees cannot lie to customer... You don't show exact matter on TV ads or marketing because you know nobody will buy
