Bose (@DebashishBose_) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Dear team Jio This has the reference to Complaint Service request no SR000035FAO9 dated 8/5/26 and many earlier requests of frequent breakdown of internet ๐ connectivity which is persistently occurring. I have also apprised your several service engineers that the problem lies in the junction box as the wires get disconnected due to wind or when other connections are attended to by your technicians. I have been told me that they will change the junction box, which has not been changed yet. And the problem is not yet solved, I along with other residents of this area are also facing the same problem.
