@JioCare Hey Jio.! Our Jio Fiber is out for a month due to Router issue as implied by your service man. They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

@reliancejio has been regularly increasing it's rates leaving customers with no options to shift to other telecom providers as most of the them are having tower issues now since the advent of @reliancejio . Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.

@JioCare I am facing issue with jio fiber at 2 places, both at my hometown where my father ( Bokaro) at my place as well ( Hyderabad). But even after reaching out to executives multiple times, no one is responding for my father, and for me I tried through jio app but no solution
