    @reliancejio Why u called it 4g?? Slowest network ever. I can't use 0.5 gb of my 2.5 gb plan , and this condition happened in one of the prime location of India IIT GUWAHATI all users here survive with same problem. Plz before update anything update your infrastructure.shame

    @JioCare of the technician nor anyone came to mine flat for jio fiber installation setup. I never expected such kind of pathetic service from Jio Team. I have already conveyed your support team that I need to get it set it up by today only for mine professional work but it was not done...

    Extremely unprofessional attitude of @JioFiberVoice service managers to install a new fiber connection. Such hilarious excuses for postponement. Everyone including customer desk is helpless other than to give false assurances. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey Jio.! Our Jio Fiber is out for a month due to Router issue as implied by your service man. They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

    @JioCare I will wait till 21st May 2022. Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Do you guys even know to act emphatic???

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    @JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

    @JioCare My jio fiber is out of service from last 2 days today one engineer came and fixed it and after few hours it went back to the same condition again I won't get my validity for these 2 days it just got wasted please look into this matter

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 8 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.

Last month excutive told me i have already paid so i can use 1 month, I called 1 week ago, they asked me to call on 5th may. I called today they gave me Service number. Tomorrow is Bill generation, I will not be paying anything since i was paying for advance acc to your people?. this account needs to be closed by today. @TRAI @jagograhakjago
