    @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection and also paid my installation charge. But due to some technical issue from your side the installation had to be cancelled. But now I have not recieved the refund amount as already one week have passed.

    @JioCare Please note my jio number is 6901252876. And jio network coverage in the mentioned area is poor. However I have come to know the jio is offering to install new tower for 5g coverage. Therefore please be have look if it is possible to install va tower in my property.

    @reliancejio even after a valid recharge and another one in queue, when trying a call it says" no recharge" complained the jio care but no resolution yet... Seems looted and deceived by jio... Two recharge money is being wasted. Plz help.

    @JioCare It's been 11 days I'm waiting to hear from you for my relocation with no response, when I call customer care each time they give me a date and time to be at new location they never come and they never inform. When I call again they simply give me a new time and date.
