@JioCare so my jio set up box is not working. It does not have the Netflix app anywhere and also whenever i open an app it crashes and returns to low in memory warning.And now the resolution automatically drops to 480p. Can someone please to my house come and replace or fix it ?

@JioCare Focus on providing better network connectivity rather giving excuses. In dm I have given the location of mine for redressal. But there is no reply since then from the jio care side. That much you care about your customers. If there is more user than estimated it's not my fault.

@JioCare Surprised! What you did? It was rescheduled at today 9.30 am, and again rescheduled to 8.00 pm. Do you seriously give service??. Better to stick with my current provider.
