    @JioCare Thanks. But your Jio Care response time is too slow and appalling. It's nearly 15 days now since we communicated our difficulties, we're getting assurances only. Blank assurance. Very discouraging.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You got people with false commitments in customer support, irresponsible field techs & ill mannered office staff in service centre at Agni Tower, Garchuk, Guwahati. My CO number for the router arrived and no one ever called to pick up. Shame on you guys👎

    @reliancejio I have done the documentation for Jio Fiber day before yesterday. Yesterday, a representative confirmed for installation today, but it wasn't installed today as well. I have been calling the representative but calls never gets answered. @JioCare

    @jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

    @JioCare I need one help. I have one JIO no. 8777877235. I recharged it earlier but forgot to recharge it recently. Yesterday I tried to recharge but getting error. I called JIO customer care and got to know that no. has been deactivated but it is still allocated in my name

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare i have never experienced this type of customer service ever how jio provide to people. I need a technician coming to home today before 12pm take your equipment and refund my money back. I'm very disappointed with jio fiber service

Tried all basic troubleshooting (Clear cache, login via Jio data), but token is stuck. Your portal form was glitching, but I've successfully raised a ticket. (2/3)

    @JioCare My first AirFiber order was booked without proper P2B verification. I waited days with repeated assurances but no installation. Another Jio technician later checked P2B, found good signal, and raised a new order immediately. Please investigate this lapse. #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice pathetic service of jio fiber. Been trying to relocate my connection for 18 days now and yet nothing has happened so far. Once I booked a slot and no engineer came and then after 2 days engineer came when I was out of town (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been over 15 days. Every time I call customer support, your executives acknowledge the network outage, yet there's still no restoration. You're sending billing reminders but not resolving the issue. Completely unacceptable.
