@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Guys, after repeated requests to Jio customer care to improve the service in my area, I only get 100kbps download while airtel gives me no less than 1mbps. After my validity ends, I'll port to airtel. Jio sucks.

DON’T EVER GET JIOFIBER. They have the worst customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with them over emails, calls and no Twitter and they haven’t responded to my queries anywhere. I have paid over 6 months of internet fees to no avail. @JioCare @reliancejio
