    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your response carries no value,earlier you gave the time till 12.49 p.m. afternoon os 20th then engineer was supposed to visit on 20th at 5 p.m. then again at 9.30 a.m. on 21st. What is the problem with Ambani's Jio.

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    Looks like I won't have good internet at least until evening. Booked a service time between 9-10am. Engineer rescheduled themselves first to 9:30am then to 3pm. Fml. @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofiber #guwahati

    @JioCare Thanks. But your Jio Care response time is too slow and appalling. It's nearly 15 days now since we communicated our difficulties, we're getting assurances only. Blank assurance. Very discouraging.

    hey #useless @JioCare. I m highly frustrated with ur service,ur dumb jiofiber router stop working for few minutes every hour. This is very frustrating while doing meetings. Also ur jiober customer care number is useless, I am trying for 15mints but it doesn't connect at all
