    @reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

    Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys do go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

    @JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

    @JioCare Also, after 5 days and 2 different service requests raised, and only when I started recording the call, was I told that the Jio extender would be connected via LAN cable and there’s no way to find out the range extension without paying the non refundable money.
