@reliancejio has been regularly increasing it's rates leaving customers with no options to shift to other telecom providers as most of the them are having tower issues now since the advent of @reliancejio . Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.

@reliancejio Plans like Rs 719 for 84 days validity is total exploitation of the customer.A company that charged a mere 200-300/- for the same 84 days validity now shooting it's price up to 719/- is a clear case of leveraging market Monopoly.@AshwiniVaishnaw

@JioCare Hey Jio.! Our Jio Fiber is out for a month due to Router issue as implied by your service man. They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

@JioCare @reliancejio I had placed a porting request from Airtel to Jio. The executive did the verification on 19th Dec’22,handed over the sim and took the recharge amount. Porting hasn’t happened yet. Please look into this as Jio Customer Care said no records are available.
