What an irony, @reliancejio & @JioCare wants to be largest telco company in world but when we complaint about slow speed, they say since user base is large in your area that's the reason you are getting slow speed. #MukeshAmbani g decide hi karlo ki chahte kya ho !

@JioCare The problem is not because of my hand set as you instructed the sim slot. The problem arises when the load shedding occurs i my area. There may be no power back to your BTS. (AS PER MY INVESTIGATION)

@reliancejio @JioCare We are experiencing a very slow internet connection but the claimed speed for this pack was 150mb/s..NOW it is running on 4mb/s. I have this laptop connected to the 4G band but then also it was claimed that it would provide around 40mb/s of internet speed!

@JioCare Scheduled appointment is on 12th sept @JioCare . We are in Bangalore and it’s obvious everyone is working from home. The connection is broken on 8th of September. How do you expect us to wait these many days for an engineer? And a new connection service is instantly available
