    @JioCare But it was an emergency. I could not attend office yesterday. The service is very bad. They said someone will come by 11 yesterday.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare But you @JioCare are serving this kind of services from last 1/2 year in my area. I'm tired of giving complaint. I hv gave complaint but you doesn't have the courtesy to solve the problem since this long days what can i expect. I'll port my all numbers.

    @JioCare I am really facing trouble. How to cancel the subscription? If not solved today, I wish to cancel the jiofiber subscription, take the damn box, return my money. Useless jio fiber

    Hi there, I have been facing a lot of issues, that's always in my area. My dongle isn't working since morning +91 93569 26174 please help. I have allowances in the account. Also a request to jio, please install a tower so that I can have jio fiber at home. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Dear Jio, you mobile internet connectivity is below par in Guwahati, no matter where we go there is no network, yet you are charging hundreds and thousands of customers for internet. No wonder why people are leaving your network and shifting to Airtel. #Jio #jionet

    @JioCare To be honest, my company has provided me a Jio dongle for work, and I must say it's really bad. The service of jio in our area is too bad. Also I am requesting to increase the coverage area and it would be beneficial for both ends, many people would have network and you get CST.

    @JioCare @birlashashank When shall it be resolved? No one have shown up even after more than 24 hours have passed. After contacting to the customer care, the only answer we get is be patient we are working on this. The worst after sales service.

    @JioCare my Service Request Number : SR00001BWZID Regarding new STB is still pending after more than 24 hrs. Not received any call from any service engineer about installation . Called customer care twice they told me to wait .. please resolve ASAP.

    I have to visit to the next post office which was far from my place . @IndiaPostOffice Please switch to another fastest broadband connection @airtelindia @reliancejio please contact them for good broadband connection. They have a excuse for server which is not working.
