@JioCare so my jio set up box is not working. It does not have the Netflix app anywhere and also whenever i open an app it crashes and returns to low in memory warning.And now the resolution automatically drops to 480p. Can someone please to my house come and replace or fix it ?

@JioCare Please note my jio number is 6901252876. And jio network coverage in the mentioned area is poor. However I have come to know the jio is offering to install new tower for 5g coverage. Therefore please be have look if it is possible to install va tower in my property.

@JioCare what we can do if Jio fibre executive sold me a 6 month plan and fake promised that I will receive 3 month free extra voucher just after installation. It is 10 days but I didn't receive any voucher. I never expected this from a brand like Jio and I am feeling cheated.
