@JioCare @reliancejio New subscription available at 399 plan for 100mps Speed and 5ghz network . But old subscribers on 699 plan with only 28 mpbs Speed and need to pay 1499 to upgrade router to get higher speed and 5ghz network! Amazing JIO ! Any explanations??

@JioCare Last Sunday I received call fm +91 6003-903339 for Jio Fiber. sales team registered it with Rs 2500 paid online. They further took Rs 999 for recharge on cash. While installing service engineer informed us about free recharge for 1st month. I got shocked. Need justice

Even after putting escalation mails no #JioFiber connection till date, well what hurts is this Guwahati branch of JioFiber is more disgusting not even the appellate is responsible. Zero efforts to resolve the issue @reliancejio Disheartened with support provided😔😔

@JioCare How does it help ? If many users are using means you have more sell. Why not to fix the issues and inprove infrastructurento support that. This is not a correct response . And support your answer with proper estimate . We are working .. that is happening for last 1 year .
