Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.
