    @JioCare Please note my jio number is 6901252876. And jio network coverage in the mentioned area is poor. However I have come to know the jio is offering to install new tower for 5g coverage. Therefore please be have look if it is possible to install va tower in my property.

    @airtelbank Don’t take stress, already port out to @reliancejio , and waiting other my 3 postpaid numbers also to port out, as soon as possible. You loose 4 postpaid numbers because of your ignorance. Happy losing customer. #loosersairtel

    @JioCare This is what the jio service os all about. the representative committed on coming today for the fibre connection, he requested is to wait at home...now they dont even pick our call. Its better to think jio dont need more customers, we should shift to @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @airtelbank Leave it you have not called despite giving alternate number is DM . I already submitted documents in @reliancejio @JioCare for porting. Enjoy ur service to yourself . Actually you people became arrogant due to huge customer base. But don’t be fooled. Everyone has there time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection and also paid my installation charge. But due to some technical issue from your side the installation had to be cancelled. But now I have not recieved the refund amount as already one week have passed.

    @JioCare JioFibre connection installed on 31.10.2020. Issue: Frequent disconnection of wifi network with STB. An executive visited my place and informed that STB device is faulty and needs replacement. The issue is still unresolved. Please arrange replacement of faulty STB asap.

    @reliancejio : I had changed my plan and paid security deposit twice , now despite of making calls to customer care ( non responsive) and emails to them, they gave me best reply that my money is safe with Jio, and they won't give the same back or adjust in bills.

    Hello @JioCare , Had gr8 JioFIber experience in Mumbai & persauded my parents in Kolkata to switch to JioFiber. Extremely inept field service. Our complaint is open since early Nov & no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. Pls HELP before my parents strike me off their will!
