Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys do go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

@JioCare To be honest, my company has provided me a Jio dongle for work, and I must say it's really bad. The service of jio in our area is too bad. Also I am requesting to increase the coverage area and it would be beneficial for both ends, many people would have network and you get CST.

@JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

The executive said he's contacting the service agent. Then he cut the call after 3-4 mins. How many days more? Plz fix the #JioFiber network issue, send an engineer as early as possible or it won't take long to disassemble your device and accessories. @reliancejio @JioCare
