@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

Hello @JioCare I ported my number in @reliancejio because of network issue in my previous network operator. But you are worse than that. Your internet speed is just at 2G level. I can't even chat on whatsapp at evening. What type of pathetic service is this ? 😡
