@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@JioCare I got the installation appointment yesterday as well, but nobody came from your team. Same is the case for today. Worst Customer Service by Jio. Never go for Jiofiber. Will go for Airtel if Jiofiber not installed today after a week.

@reliancejio @JioCare Don’t take Jio fiber connection, they are horrible and lot of attitude. Just shut down your company and get lost. Can’t do WFH at all with Jio connection. I will be shifting to other broadband, give back my money.
