@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@JioCare Jio fiber has not been working since yesterday morning. My service request number SR000018VAQ7 was marked resolved without any confirmation from me and so I had to make another call for the same. Please send an engineer to resolve thisas nothing will get done on the 📞.
