    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    Worst service experience at jio stores in aurangabad Cidco area jio stores @reliancejio @JioCare even the jio center having the jio router, first allow to sell after few minutes told that not allow to sell, company sell decrease like this people work with jio

    @JioCare @fiber_jio customer guy came and took 1500 rs recieved the email notification as well but now he is denying that he cant put the connection and money is also not refunded kindly refund my money and look into this matter need a revert on this asap
