    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are very much near to the network tower, but still getting poor network coverage. Jio customer care said, they are working on it, i registered complaint 3 months back, but still no progress. PIN Code - 612804
