I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

Promised for 24hrs installation.But not fulfilled,reschedule for 25th,not fulfilled.Reschedule for26th,not fulfilled. There officer Mr Praveen(9286537371) doesn't pick-up mb. Worst -JIO.

Executive asked me to take society permission for wire routing or close connection. Is this customer's responsibility or Jio's? Very disappointing support.
