I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

I can share you more than 20 screenshots of the same disconnection. At the end if it doesn't get resolved I need to take legal action.
