@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@JioCare is literally useless. I reported an issue in #JioFiber two days ago. They said it would be resolved in 48 hours. After 48 hours I received a message saying the issue is resolved. Great isn’t it? Nope. Because the issue was never resolved. #jiosucks #jiodowndown

@reliancejio JioFi is horrible, and worse is Cust. Srvc. You are committing day-light robbery. Your plans state only a data GB rating & nothing on speed of data-service which is abysmally low, unreliable in pin-code 400602. Your service is USELESS. Refund my money pl.

@JioCare @JioCare Hi Jio Fargi,how long you will see, you have been seen since last 5 years,but still we are getting 2g(better call it only 'G') speed.If you are not able to provide 4g service and have some ethics( I know you don't have, you think customer are fool.please close your shop.
