    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a complaint against the reference number SR00001BHGH6. Your person came and refused to solve the problem and advised that please cancel the connection. Person behaviour was not right to serve a customer. Can someone fix the issue @Upwan17

    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    @JioCare Hmm.. I was slightly unconscious and did my recharge last week.. should have ported to the airtet.. my bad! No issues.. keep loosing trust , keep loosing subscriber base.. till your APRUs surpass Vodafone Idea .
