@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

Nobody wants to solve the issue of Pending refund, since last 2 months, every new advisor makes a new complaint, but none gets resolved have been contacting since last 40 days, no updates ever recieved from their side. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio
