    @JioCare and @ARajujain Terrible experience, feel cheated. not received full refund after disconnecting JioFber connection. Reason was instrument picked up after 60 days whereas I have been requesting to pick it up from day1. kindly check. complaint number: SR008001EMAEL

    @JioCare Unable to change plan from jio post paid to prepaid. Visited store so many times. No results, raised complaints. Got request ID. ID has been closed with remarks " issue resolved". However, issue has not been yet resolved. Terrible experience with Jio services.
