@JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@reliancejio First please improve the network coverage, very bad network coverage even in hot city, then you can develop other things, waste of money, increasing the cost alone but not the quality it's not even 2g very bad network don't fraud

Man I must say @reliancejio network is tha most terrible network at this time. I was not recharging my sim due to this reason, 2 days before I recharged my sim and trust me I haven't utilised 200Mb out of 1Gb. Very poor service..😡

@JioCare instead of 30 mbps in fiber speed is 13mbps what the hell , give me one reason why should i replace jio fiber with other better options and its been more than week , the speed sucks
