@JioCare Facing network outrage in our area. No network from this morning. And there was no network yesterday as well. Not related to sim/handset. Happening with everyone. Zero bars/coverage. Customer support doesn’t know anything beyond sim settings. 784153 is area pin. Help.

@DoT_India My internet provider "Jio Fiber" @JioCare is not refunding the deposit amount even after cancellation of the service. They are saying it will be done after collecting the device but it been 21 days they are not even coming to collect it and delaying whole process.

As a shareholder and as customer it’s really saddening that airtel is not able to provide quality service promise you.even after so many complaints they are unable to resolve a simple issue. So it’s time to bye to airtel and joining jio. @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare True5g invitation clicked on my jio app banner and registered on website (15 days +). iOS 16.2 updated. Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ain’t coming for Postpaid numbers. Don’t reply without reading the problem.
