I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

Customers shouldn't have to chase your team for every basic process. If this is the service from @reliancejio, it's truly disappointing.
