@ViCustomerCare disables mobile network as soon as the data plan is over. The app says I have incoming service active. I wonder how. I can't even receive otps required while recharging online. 🥴 gonna port my sim to @reliancejio soon. Just one more recharge for you voda

@JioCare It has been over 48 hrs since the issue was reported and no one even bothered to call . No TV DURING THIS PERIOD and Im paying ~ 1200 per month.. ur system does not work with mobile remote either .. is anyone assigned to attend to this immdly ????
