I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339
