    @JioCare I already have my secondary connection with Jio. Assuming @ViCustomerCare fails to resolve the issue in time, I would just port my primary as well to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare, I applied for a Jio SIM on 13 June, but I still haven't received it. No update has been provided despite multiple days passing. Please resolve this issue and arrange delivery ASAP. Order Ref: NO00015G0HTD #JioCare #CustomerSupport

    How does one even contact @reliancejio or raise a complaint? There is absolutely no way to call the customer service. Pathetic. The service is down from last 4 hours and no update on it yet. Pathetic. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare refund my money and cancel the connection cuz I don’t wanna face this issues nor I have time to call again and again for just being scheduled and no actions taken.

    Dear @reliancejio I really don't understand why there have been so many internet issues over the past month. I keep facing frequent network disruptions despite paying for my recharge on time. I'm paying for this service, not using it for free, so I expect reliable connectivity

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar For the third ticket, the engineer visit has been rescheduled three times, but no one has come to fix the issue. I do not understand the purpose of customer service if customer issues are not being addressed properly.
