I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

Dark (@mishra_sumit_23) reported@JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.
