I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. rectified (@VijayLifeStyle2) reported@JioCare I requested the ₹2222 (30 Mbps, 4 months) JioAirFiber plan, but the installer activated the ₹2122 (100 Mbps, 3 months) plan instead. I reported it immediately, but the local office refused to help, saying the plan is already activated. Please review and help.
