I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

My 349 Postpaid plan shows Unlimited Data, but my internet doesn't work. Calls to 121, 198, and even the Appellate Authority have produced plenty of assurances but no internet.

Hisabi Kitabi G (@HisabiKitabiG) reported@Aman_Rajx @reliancejio I have faith on the engineer because they really did a great job from 2019 to 2025 and I still believe them. And this is for both 4G and 5G infra. I have seen many upgrades and Zero downgrades. Airtel sucks till 2024.

As an IT professional I am heavily reliant on the net connectivity and we took Jio in the hope that it is the best ISP but when it comes resolving issues the team is 👎
