I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

I never requested cancellation. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately and complete my installation at the earliest.
