    @JioCare You guys are not understanding the problem. Don't refund amount in the source account as It is of that delivery guy, he paid to Jio for me. And I paid him in his Paytm. So refund in my registered number via paytm or Gpay

    Due to some reasons, I had to convert my Esim to physical sim. I bought the physical sim from Jio store and I got charged ₹50 for the sim, but the sim was faulty and Jio service centre told me to replace the sim, I got new sim but had to pay ₹50 again. Why? @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am jio postpaid user, since last month internet speed sucks, even after filling a complaining to your coustomer executive no improvement. Your internet is not working properly but you guys are going to charge the bill. I am having one prepaid number also same problem.

    @reliancejio I’m disappointed from jio network from last 2 month’s my jio network is getting worsen day by day please resolve it 2day because I’m unable to do my office work each and every day please resolve this ASAP
