@reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India 6000128703 jio number & alternatr number 9508554999....jio connectivity bad. U r offering 4g and speed is 10-25 kbps....dont make fool of us... My house is on the main road and I don't get any speed.... Saying 4g but ur pathetic than 2g......

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio There is no good connectivity in #bhikajicamaplace new delhi There is thousand of companies working in #bhikajicamapalce but network problem still is going on since 3 to 4 years, Net doesn't work properly, voice problem is also big issue, Please resolve

@JioCare network at Begum bazar is getting weaker over the months, we use 4 @reliancejio numbers and my dad's number is not able to make/receive calls, even my number gets on&off auto. Spoke to @JioCare on WhatsApp 5 times one guy told "network in this area is weak" i have a SRN.

I think it’s best we stop using Jio.. as there are just big assurances and no resolution of simple issues! Refund cannot take a year! Fake assurances! Jio has neglected to refund money despite sharing all details of concerned persons! Slow clap! @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare No response received so far. I am still getting problem with my network.since morning the phone was out of network until i restarted.Please resolve this within today else refund my recharge amount and i will port to another number.I have got the recharge done for the entire year.
