I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Service remained affected for over a month. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Rebate Request: SR000036I24H Result? ❌ No validity extension ❌ No compensation credited ❌ Account suspended A customer loses 33 days of service and is still expected to pay as if nothing happened. Is this how India's largest telecom company treats its customers?
