@ViCustomerCare You really need to invest in your customer service. I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Yet I'm sitting here making calls from @reliancejio.

@JioCare i find it very weird that if i buy data plan for more than 30 days, the speed gets very slow. Do i believe that the company thinks that a customer is befooled for 3 months and cant get out of it so you take advantage?

@reliancejio what an awful service jio provides. If you want to receive refund of the security deposit while moving from post-paid to pre-paid, you need to call on 198 and there is no option to request for refund or connect to representative. All I hear is download jio app.

@JioCare NO0000IWAB4P order number.. prompt and competitive service was the only reason that i planned shifting from airtel to jio..but to my utter dismay i feel airtel was much better..as they completed my connection first for a nominal deposit of only Rs 500/- and...
