@reliancejio I am using three Jio sims. 2 for mobile phones and 1 for JioFi. There is no internet for last 4 days. The customer care says that we can not commit when the issue will be resolved. They say your area has too many users.

@zsameer023 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue over the last one month. They resolve complaints within 48 hours without anyone addressing it. I get a feedback call and they open a new request ID which is again resolved after 48 hours without any solution. Their engineers are the worst of the lot.
