I raised an issue KAR-V00701878129. 2 of your executives called me to confirm that the issue has been resolved and restarting the device would do the trick. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.
