@reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India 6000128703 jio number & alternatr number 9508554999....jio connectivity bad. U r offering 4g and speed is 10-25 kbps....dont make fool of us... My house is on the main road and I don't get any speed.... Saying 4g but ur pathetic than 2g......

@JioCare (5) then on 25 Oct I visited Jio Office in Chennai T. Nagar and handed over the router personally. My bank detail s were collected but no acknowledgement was given. Till today I have not received the refund. There is no proper response from anyone in Jio. This is issue no. 1

@JioCare i received a message from jio care, which says that I requested for rescheduling the engineer visit , and which is not true. What's happening? Engineer called us and told us that he is not available today. Why don't u fix the problem the problem faster?

@JioCare (8) This is issue No. 2 Even today we received a call from Joicare with the usual assurance to take care of this. I am waiting! My total loss with Jio so far: 1. Temporary router refund - INT 2500 2. Low speed connection double rent - INR 1178
