"After 2 weeks of observation, they found that my mobile is faulty"

Suhail Malik (@suhail_malik) reported@JioCare Very concerning experience with JioFiber support in Srinagar. The first engineer used a temporary joint/connector on a damaged outdoor fiber line exposed to sunlight and rain a fix that failed again within 1–2 hours.
