@reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India 6000128703 jio number & alternatr number 9508554999....jio connectivity bad. U r offering 4g and speed is 10-25 kbps....dont make fool of us... My house is on the main road and I don't get any speed.... Saying 4g but ur pathetic than 2g......

In the nam of service, you guys are a joke @reliancejio. I went back to my hometown, recharged with 399 pack for jio fiber and complained about the router not working. I have been asigned an engineer for four straight days and yet nobody turned up. I left my hometown yesterday.

@JioCare Does it make sense to you? is there a minimum training or testing for the service team? I am expressing my concern that offer says amazon prime included in the recharge plan but is not enabled after recharging. I keep repeating my issue, and I keep getting answer as purchase it
