    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra I paid 7073 for new connection on 16 May. Not done yet. Poor response from salesperson, customer service and email support. Filed service request SR22053420895. No use at all. Return my hard earned money or declare that you can't do and keep my money.

    @OnSpectra @OnSpectraCare this is nonsense that you'll say, if customer has paid the entire amount in advance for 6 months and you are not providing the proper service & speed you are entitle to refund the amount pending for the remaining period back
