    @OnSpectra Spectras Customer Service Department (A/c No 139851)is deaf and dumb as our request for extension of internet connection as leaving Delhi, no action being taken as Services are excellent but Admin department not professional

    Previous ISP provider as I wasn’t getting disconnected as much as I am getting disconnected with your service. I’m happy to bear any cancellation charge if there may be but I don’t want to bear the complete amount I have paid as a charge @OnSpectra I am hoping someone reaches

    @OnSpectra After the long standing debacle they seem to have just made it worse. I Keep having to explain what a Internet is to spectra and try to find newer ways to loop holes in their system to fix the problem myself. At this point this this feel like the deliberate than incompetence.

    @OnSpectraCare @DoT_India please see, there is no existence of customer service at @OnSpectra They only copy paste standard comments without looking at what is the query. They are not returning my security deposit and charging me 15 days of extra bill.

    @OnSpectra Spectra has got full freedom to disconnect (A/c No.139851) services when they can't extend one month sevice as gesture to oblige 10 years old Customer, Bye,Bye

    @OnSpectra In the Era of Fast broadband i do not think Spectra stand anywhere . My problem is every month i have to do 10 complaint .Basic internet do not work.Forget about 1GB.

    @OnSpectra I recently took a connection and paid for 6months however I’m not finding it feasible to work from home as my office laptop uses a VPN and I get a speed of 3 or 4mbps and I keep des connecting every 5 mins. I want to cancel the service and want a refund

    @OnSpectra #MakeLifeHorrible Anyone planning to switch to this provider here's a warning.. They make you pay up in advance and take forever for installation. They don't pick or return your calls. You need to keep running behind them for updates. Customer service is negative
