Something went wrong." Very poor customer experience.

Nikita Tandon (@nikitatandon44) reported@OnSpectra 2 days back we raised request for shifting connection to our new place. Since then we haven’t heard back, neither is the customer care responding. We need the connection to be shifted today. We have office from tomorrow.
