    @OnSpectra frequent internet outages in Gurgaon and unable to log a ticket through self help app as well. Been in a queue to speak with customer service rep for more than 5 mins. Not sure what kind of service we are paying for?!

    @OnSpectra Our internet has been down for several days despite repeated complaints. There’s been no response, and the installer(Sanjeev) is also unresponsive. This is unacceptable and is affecting our work.

    Impressed with @OnSpectra .. the service guy came in 30 min from when the request was raised .. the other service provider is still sitting on a request after 48 hours!

    @OnSpectra Facing Internet speed issue and frequent internet disconntion since August month, multiple follow ups but no resolution however no network since yesterday. Connection Number - 90956562
