    Hi @OnSpectra - this is from workplace. We are having some serious trouble with the internet 2318330. We have tried multiple times to get this fix over call but there is no solution we find. Hence please send someone to visit and fix the problem.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra pathetic service by u. In last 10 days this is 2nd times wen ur link is down nd now tat is also increased from 2hrs to 12 hrs.😢

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience
