    @OnSpectra please let me know the resolution time on SR22073509570. At the drop of water the link goes down. Helpline disconnects you without being able to speak to anyone. 2nd time in 3days that link is down for hours. Are we in a primitive age?

    @OnSpectra Hi, we have received payment of Rs 2828, Spectra A/C No. 2323381.... I changed my mind and need refund for this connection, reason 4 posting here as ur customer care not helping me.

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectra need 1 week to correct your complain and 2 week to cancel connection … just informed by a @OnSpectra customer support person

    @OnSpectra I have already requested for disconnection of services with you guys. I have also denied for change in ownership. I just want my services to be cancelled. I can’t keep responding to 100s of your calls. Can you cancel my services for gods sake.

    @OnSpectra worst device management system I have ever seen in a Wifi provider. I have 5 decides available even two simultaneous fails to connect. Never go @OnSpectra

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(
