    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    Hi @OnSpectra @Spectre_net I have been raising solution request that my internet is down since 1pm IST today with complaint no - SR23043831986 and SR23033807547 and the issue has not been resolved in 7.5 hours and original estimated time was 4 hours #internetdown

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.
