    @antiitcell @OnSpectra Bro don't purchase spectranet's connection they will make you beg for every problem like internet down, router change, security deposit refund everything. I have experienced their poor service & their customer care service like Ritika is pathetic and even their heads like Manish.

    @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?

    @OnSpectra it's been 2 months since my account is suspended but I haven't received my security deposit money back and you have also picked up your router immediately after suspension. In every step your **** company is taking so much time
