    I have been speaking to Dinesh who is responsible for the Chittaranjan Park area @OnSpectra and have shared details of my internet challenges and screenshots of the router. His team said the issue is a power surge on the Spectra line that they have to address.

    @OnSpectra Internet not working. Your technician marks complaint resolved without even visiting. Either resolve it or I am switching to some other better service provider

    @OnSpectra @onspectra It’s been more than 2 years but the story continues. Only mails, new tickets and then the auto closure of the tickets. But refund of security deposit - never!

    @OnSpectra I have booked for new connection yesterday..and till now connection not installed. What a bad service CRN 2323135And Sales person Mr Shariff told me he can't install today...need one more day time...or else we can process the refund
