    @airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @OnSpectra Our internet has been down for several days despite repeated complaints. There’s been no response, and the installer(Sanjeev) is also unresponsive. This is unacceptable and is affecting our work.
