@OnSpectra You guys give connection within 2 days, but when there is a need of disconnection, you take months and still charge to customer. Is it not unethical and crime from consumer point of view? @ConsumerCom

@OnSpectra I have initiated the cancellation of the account due to pethatic service and still getting advance bill.. even after 15 days the no action taken... Can someone connect me to the Senior Management of Spectranet?It is a real pain for the customers!!

@uditm @OnSpectra Same issue again. Wifi not working. Why a temporary solution is provided every time? How many times should we raise a complaint. Tell us clearly if you guys will be able to provide the service or not. Because this is not tolerable.
