    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @RidimaAneja @OnSpectra I’ve had their connection for 4 years and mostly good. Maybe it’s the area .. I have a back up with another provider and that’s a terrible experience

    What a useless company @OnSpectra you are. Every month I have to complain about the wifi connection even after having the best package. Shut down the company if you can’t provide the service.
