    Do internet service providers need to be called and tracked via phone to fix online service after raising online service request @OnSpectra ? What is the point of raising the issue online then? There is a huge customer support lapse I have faced with this service provider

    @salonimalhotra @OnSpectra I guess you are right. Maybe it’s the area. They aren’t even acknowledging and keep pushing the resolution time. Extremely inconvenient.

    @airtelindia been over 10 days since we requested moving connection to our new office in WTT, Noida. Your technical staff came over earlier in week & said we'll have to get the fiber laid by us. @OnSpectra & Ultranet did it themselves, didn't expect poor service from #Airtel

    @OnSpectra , can you restore my internet connection please? Have paid the bill. P. S: Can you have email reminders or even smses for bill payment? Incessant calling on work days and then cutting the connection off doesn't seem very customer friendly.
