  @OnSpectra We have been facing service down since last four days. It is difficult to justify at office. With the current state, I guarantee of at least 50 customers switching in near future. After being customers for years, last few months have been frustrating. Pathetic months!

  @OnSpectra Internet going down on daily basis for almost entire day since 20th Jan. Please resolve it on perm basis. Most are working from home. If you can't resolve, stop being service provider

  @OnSpectra I am trying to reactivate my connection Customer ID - 206783 but I am asked to pay due. I have not used the connection. Mine is prepaid. Can there be due for pre-paid ? You are taking 3 days to activate existing connection.Will be forced to switch to a diff provider

  @OnSpectra - help numebr doesn't conenct. Entire society facing connectivity issues..pathetic, should have switched to Jio. Account profile also changed to someone else's, looks like your entire service is down in Gurgaon?
