No one resolve our problem they provide only temporary solution not the permanant, we are in Noida sector 58, it's a industrial area and are unable to fulfill a company requirements. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

The latest customer service associate asked me 2 go 2 ur website & figure out the escalation matrix Nt evn 1 support team has reached out @DoT_India
