    @OnSpectra now a days there are so many problems are coming with emails sending by 3rd party client and speed also too much poor. Spectra needs to improvement their services. Very embarrassing.

    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    @OnSpectra why your internet have always issue in bangalore ?.Every day needs to call spectra customer care .This type of service is not excepted. Simply cheating .

    @onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service
