    Folks in Delhi NCR - what's a broadband / leased line service that actually works? We have been with @OnSpectra for some time - but now the service has become beyond pathetic despite the high price & @OnSpectraCare doesn't listen. Today's episode may be hit due to no internet :(

    If you @OnSpectra can't provide service then pls shut shop. Or give a disclosure to customers during initial application that we are desi company with no processes and systems in place. If we are in good mood we'll help else you're on your own

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @thenidhii @OnSpectra Its useless ISP.. they have no standards for their customer orientation. You kept your point now change the ISP, if no other ISP available in your area.. change area.

    @OnSpectra the issue number SR23023741274 was never resolved and you on your website have marked it as RESOLVED...why do companies like you even exist ....because you fool customers by providing BOT activated services which are PATHETIC as is the internet connection
