    @OnSpectra such a horrible service. My internet is down for more than 24 hrs and inspite of multiple follow ups no help. I think I would need to file a legal complain

    @VeenaChanchani @OnSpectra @airtelindia No doubt Spectranets (A/c No.139851) services nowadays become Worst & they increases service charges without intimation & also disconnect services

    @hailschumi @OnSpectra Agree. I was supposed to get a new connection last Saturday and paid up promptly. On Saturday, the team coolly tell me that because I have an existing connection, they cannot install Spectra. Issued a service request, which was marked as completed, tho nothing had been done😡🤬

    For a brand promoting reliable and amazing high speed #internet during #WorkFromHome / #WFH, your service as an internet provider is a shame @OnSpectra. It is disappointing because I REALLY SINCERELY requested your team to help me quick as my lease was getting over.

    @OnSpectra most horrible service. Don’t take even if they give it for free. With WFH all service providers are going all out to help and they are not bothered even after 5 days of calls. They buy time with 24hrs resolution X 5 days. Imagine.

    @OnSpectra @uditm @sardesairajdeep Spectranet now started true color of their working as in this Critical period Customer (A/c No.139851) has got no alternative but to be with Co as our Request for Quarterly payment only this time not accepted

    You're all talk, and no work @OnSpectra I am considering letting your service go.. worst is, I had this thought within the first month of taking your service, which made me think of the big mistake it was to get you as an internet provider. Something needs to be done quick.
