    @OnSpectra SR 22073488140. Struggling past 4 days with ur customer service & support teams. I work from home & hence had taken premium plan for it. Internet is down past 4 days & every time the estimated resolution time extended by 6 hrs as it nears the given time. 1/2

    @OnSpectra It has been 4 days with No Internet at work. If you cannot resolve issue then be clear with it. Why do we pay for not getting any services?

    @OnSpectraCare @OnSpectra really not understandable, have 3 accounts, want immediate refund for all the 3 accounts remaining period shall be moving out from Spectra, horrible customer service

    @OnSpectra hi, You have discontinued your services in the area Pimple Saudagar, Pune - 411027 since dated 15th May 2021. That time, I had paid for my half yearly plan from Feb'2021 to Sept'2021. It was told that we will get refund for unused service. I had raise an issue ...1/2

    @OnSpectra your sevice levels have gone down drastically. I paid for a new connection on Saturday and it's Monday. 2 absolutely rubbish promises made by your sales and installation team. BTW, Iv been your customer since 4 years. @reliancejio Fiber is in my colony. Time to shift

    @OnSpectra hey guys ... Without internet we can't work from home, and the kids can't do homework. Can you please fix it ASAP? Also your service engineer isn't reachable. Everything comes to a standstill.
