Chandan Mukherjee (@ChandanMasai) reported@onspectra Internet service by Spectra in South Delhi: there is frequent disruption in connectivity, once every fortnight on an average. Their 1800 support is often unavailable, MySpectra becomes unresponsive at the same time, so is the case with their WhatsApp contact.

He knew little English and had a listening problem, asking me to repeat. So I hung up. He called back, I said let it be. Can you guys please hire more professional people? Its a charged call

amit khare (@amitkha26204585) reported@OnSpectra @uditm when we go for connection of Spectra fibre net it is done within 1 day but when you opt for disconnection I am told by your customer care team that it will take 15days and I will have to pay for that 15 days bill also…is this really justified? Why not in 1day?
