I Keep having to explain what a Internet is to spectra and try to find newer ways to loop holes in their system to fix the problem myself. At this point this this feel like the deliberate than incompetence.

They don't pick or return your calls. You need to keep running behind them for updates. Customer service is negative

There are parallel chain of actions one chasing north, while other south. And customer is getting both messages, truly indicates, no processes exist
