    @ViCustomerCare it’s been 3 days, my brother’s number is not working. Some “tele-verification” is pending from your side. He has visited the store and called customer care multiple times, yet nobody is helping. Can you look into this matter or port his number?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi customer care, today i contacted your customer care for my billing issues and they asked me to hold on so that they can connect me with senior..but surprisingly no body was connected as i waited for 20 minutes. Very very bad experience. No isue resolved. Sumit

    @ViCustomerCare hi, I recharged my no with 399 pack for 56 days right now, with my calculations my 56 days end on 9th august but as I received ur message its going to end on 11th July, my other packs also end so early. I dnt have time to complaint that doesn’t mean this was (1/2)
