@VodafoneIN Hey, I have DM you, please Look after it. After porting in From Idea to Vodafone, I'm unable to call 59059, showing no signal from any mobile phone. I visited Voda Store today, they informed the sim will get activated between 4hrs, but still sim is not working. Resolve it ASAP!

@VodafoneIN I did all possible troubleshootings from my end. I checked the sim by using multiple mobile phones, checked all network mode, airplane mode, restart, changing location, calling CCare, visiting store but failed! Please resolve it ASAP or I'll loose my job as It's too long to wait!

Few months ago, when someone from @ViCustomerCare soc-med team tried to tell me that I should contact that customer myself (!), I did that too. Got someone else to speak to him in Kannada to get him to understand. He has no idea how my email got linked to his number.

@ViCustomerCare Well, I heard from the Vi Customer Care guy at the mini Vi Store in IC Colony, Borivali West--where I replaced the SIM card. He says his store is facing a problem when it comes to replacing SIM cards. And he asked me to go to the main Vi Store gallery at Borivali station.

Twitter is level-1 of complaint, then I shall definitely go for nodal/ appellate/ consumer Forum if its not resolved.

I am using Airtel, Vi & Jio also, but now I am thinking to switch back on BSNL. Because they all are just increasing their plans & no one is taking responsibility to provide better network. Sometimes I can't even send WhatsApp messages. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
