    @VodafoneIN I asked for renewal of Amazon Prime Complementary membership at customer care Mr. Ashish on current membership expiring on 23.10.19. He refused to take even the request for such extension citing procedure. Any procedure cannot deny customer to file request 9810975407

    @VodafoneIN your service has gone to the dogs. For the past two weeks OTPs have been reaching my phone with a lag of almost half an hour. And, no, this is not an issue with the individual vendors, this is happening with all SMS be it from the bank, retailers. Sort this out ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare pls rectify the network issue in Mumbai 400014 area. the network keeps disconnecting or lost since sunday 18th july 2021. This is hampering the work as i have to manually connect to the network.
