    @VodafoneIN I asked for renewal of Amazon Prime Complementary membership at customer care Mr. Ashish on current membership expiring on 23.10.19. He refused to take even the request for such extension citing procedure. Any procedure cannot deny customer to file request 9810975407

    @VodafoneIN your service has gone to the dogs. For the past two weeks OTPs have been reaching my phone with a lag of almost half an hour. And, no, this is not an issue with the individual vendors, this is happening with all SMS be it from the bank, retailers. Sort this out ASAP.

    @DoT_India I rcvd a call from @VodafoneIN last mnth nd it mentioned tht I hv nt used the service fr the time they wnt to charge me. Even after all tht Vodafone calls the people in my cntcts list nd HARASS them by saying they hv filed a case agnst me. Guess, time to tag PMO nw in this matter

    @ViCustomerCare website says my Panasonic Ray 700 is not VoLTE compatible but the other network's website shows my handset in the list of compatible devices 🤔 the phone's network settings show VoLTE in it too Wonder which of these three is lying 🤥

    From last 2 weeks am facing network flactuates, on 10th of July complaint registered, got call from @ViCustomerCare, complaint closed with "no further improvements can be done". Voice crack in between calls, Internet stops at some intervals.

    I raised complaint many times about the network issue but noone contacted me for it's resolution. Network is very bad that if you want to talk to a person, it atleast take 4 5 attempts to make a call. Also, it cuts automatically when you are talking Mb#7408834898 @ViCustomerCare
