    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, the customer care representative named Soniya Dixit has not treated me well on the call and falling lack of information. She is not able to understand my query and was giving false information. Very pathetic experience.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Vodafone network and signals are not sufficient. very weak signals. But the problem is with your network. Your network is too much bad in noida sectors . Noida sector 62 Noida sector 4 noida extension, Merut , mawana, modi nagar, ghaziabad, murad nagar

    Also not sure that why the call was landed to a Hindi Prepaid customer care as I called from a postpaid number and having 5 connections on my name. It is really very bad experience. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare After power cut mobile signal zero . And i think no have any additional power backup Again my problem get closed without resolving. In reality no one visited the nearest site to evaluate the actual problem. You simply closed my complaints no.

    @ViCustomerCare Received response says "top side already showing recharge for 955XXXXXXX" "My question is why your system changed the pre-selected number in first place?" You will make any changes and put customer at fault is that customer service for you?
