    @ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare I got a new postpaid connection home delivered today afternoon. I was told that the connection will be activated with 3-4 hours. But I don't see anything yet. No network nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare it is disguas ting onvi part that they could not contact vi store in 8 days moreover mr omkar supervisor vi tells he will not raise any complaint nor get it resolved .my complaint of 13th june not resolved by vi VI CUSTOMERS BE ALERT

    @ViCustomerCare VI network is getting worse day by day. Instead of having 5G mobile we are not getting better 4G network. And they marketing like they are doing incredible work....bullshit.. VI needs to improve their network quality otherwise they will loose all customers... Take a look on it.
