    @ViCustomerCare we are disappointed your service . In my area ( village - Badkhal Faridabad , Haryana ) network range not ok . So please resolve this problem otherwise VI lost one customer . And you are well now what is customer satisfaction . @vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vi number (92116*****) from which we can neither send nor receive messages nor even calls. After visiting your Vi Store, We are asked to mail to the customer care helpline. Is it such a big problem that it will take so many days ?

    @ViCustomerCare i have 4 connections running from VI and i will port each one of them if you wont bother to check why number is coming switched off? 7-8 tweets and. 5-6 dms and no response from VI customer care at all. This VI care is a joke !!

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare. Your phone support says I am allowed to convert my postpaid number to prepaid only after 90 days of service, despite this notice from the Telecom Ministry stating it can happen after 30 days. @DoT_India please take cognisance of this matter.
