Being a Senior Citizen can't stand in line outside your Service Centre the nearest being in Sector 50 Noida. Can it be done online? Alternatively give fixed time to be there.

Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Subsequently even contacted Customer Care at 199 was of no Help. Asked to visit Vi website. Did that also but at no place could lodge my problem and find solution. What shall one Senior Citizen do?
