@ViCustomerCare What a third class company VI is. Bought a new postpaid connectioN. got home delivery of SIM. CustomerCare said the number is activated. There is no network because a damaged SIM was delivered. Now you want me to go to VI store 15kms far to get a replacement SIM.

@ViCustomerCare You are the worst service provider. How can you block my grandma's mobile number which have been using as primary sim from last 6 years. When I went to Vi service center the guy told me that vi requires the account holder who is 85 years and bedridden to appear
