    @ViCustomerCare i had complaint so many times but there is no progress in it, applied all the tricks advised to me by your team but still INTERNET SPEED is very very pathetic and i am paying 800+ Rs every month for it. Kindly fix this ASAP or i will change my network.

    @ViCustomerCare your volte is not stable in our area and calling is worst quality till using 20days of your service as a new subscriber, I make complain regarding this but not solve till date, I just wait 90 days after I port out to others network. my vi no. 7005057878

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t have internet since 2:00 am. On giving complaint the associate tells me they need 48 hours. Vodafon standards has become worst. If customers are late for making the bill payment they charge extra amount.
