@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you have stooped down to a pathetic level. I have been charged Rs.204 every month since 2018 for unknown VAS. 100's of calls made to your customer care, no resolution. What's pathetic is they call it Telegram download charge. What nonsense is this ?

@ViCustomerCare What a waste of an organization you are! Booked a new postpaid sim at 9AM IST today, paid for a VIP number. After that no call, no update till now when the business day is over. Status is - appointment scheduled. No wonder why VI is sinking. Zero customer focus.
