@ViCustomerCare your executive Mr Sagar requested not to port my number in @JioCare and promised me to give Rs 100 in my vi app to reimburse my expenses for this and improve network in my area in 24 hrs bt both promise are unfulfilled till now after 24 hrs.

Vi sim me volte ata hi nehi any suggestions.. I tried every thing even calls and dm on vi customer care officials, besides getting 4g volte its showing 2g and officials are not taking seriously and giving dates after dates.. Its really annoying me. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I do not understand why you that your customers like this. Its been more than 9 years that I have Vi postpaid customer. Now when I am in need, you guys are neither answering the tweet, nor your representative of Vi mini store care to open the store.

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, the problem is generic in nature. Your VI app counts the data usage whenever any user use your official app, even for checking a balance. If u still want you still want yo connect with me let me know.

@ViCustomerCare I would say the worst customer service among all the telecom networks that we have in India. They do not care at all about their customer. I have been calling the Vi mini store but they never open. Here you do not reply to the tweet or message.

@ViCustomerCare I raised a DND complaint against calls from @jd_justdial it was incorrectly closed as non promotional. I called 198 to raise the issue further, looks like nothing else can be done. What is the next step as per @TRAI ?
