    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to say your 4G & VoLTE Network is not as wide spread as airtel & jio. During any travel Network drop to E(2G) & we are not able to use call & Internet. Must focus on 4G & VOLTE. Cover all area very soon to be in compitition.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir, please direct #vi to stop VOWIFI & Esim service where presently providing. They are biased in providing equal services to pan india. They are charging for same plan for pan india but denying services to other states. Direct them to treat all Indian states equally.1/2

    @ViCustomerCare We are tired of the poor network service provided by you in our area, this problem is not a one day problem. This is a problem every day. Vodafone is a fraud in the name of 4G. I will neither use this network by myself nor advise anyone to use this strange network

    @ViCustomerCare wake up you failed to resolve the issue despite DM. STOP TAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE. YOU CHARGED 300 WITH A PROMISE TO CONVERT POST TO PRE PAID IN 48 HRS AND ITS BEEN 5 DAYS OF INACTION AND NO REPLY FROM YOUR END SHAME ON YOUR TEAM

    @ViCustomerCare issue hs been send to u in DM along wid my Vodafone no. but first tell me how can I stop getting pop up of VI app on my mobile screen it's happening after every 4 min it Block the screen until I press cancel /ok even when app was installed so I deleted VI app bt stl facing issue
