    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic and useless support. 1) Not able to call the store 2) Not able to raise a complaint 3) Not able to deliver sim on time. 4) Keeps saying I need to wait 72 hours just to take a complaint. Totally unhelpful puppets. Why social media team exists?

    MNP SIM delivery delayed for days. @ViCustomerCare refusing to lodge a proper complaint and demanding a 72-hour wait just to register the issue. Order ID: DCHD07042623936. @TRAI @DoT_India please investigate this anti-consumer practice

    @ViCustomerCare @khan_arbaa88923 Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.
