I use Airtel volte service, also hv used volte on Vi while I ws in Kolkata. I hv a 5G handset. I really Vi's situation, u hv employees with 0 knowledge

    @ViCustomerCare Initially talked to your executive and then he escalated to his manager and then next higher ups..last person mentioned that he will mention this issue in his next executive meeting. But cant do anything on the amount I have paid.Let me know what is the solution you are proposing
