    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Worst ever telecom network. Least concern about customer service and their complaints. Keeps call on hold so that customer will get irritated and disconnect the call. The most bakwas srvice industry ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Please close the call centers if you don't have trained agents, I called to care but the agent was untrained and forcefully disconnected my call , very poor service
