    @ViCustomerCare currently I am using VI network and it is so inconsistent. In my college premises network automatically goes to 2g from 4g inside my college. Could you do something asap please, otherwise I have to port my sim to some other network.

    (1/6) @ViCustomerCare I have been using my Idea sim from May 2013. It has been my only primary number since then. All of a sudden it stopped showing network from yesterday morning. When I talked to the customer care I was told that my number shows active in the system.

    @rmstakkar looping CEO for visibility hear. @ViCustomerCare just wasting my time. I have been explaining my issue since a week now and what I get to hear is "Sorry, we can't do that". VI has not taken consent to charge me double and its illegal. Please look into this ASAP
