    @ViCustomerCare And clearly you do not look forward to heloing your customers miss kavita.....know that. Especially by asking them to downliad the my vodafone app to solve a network related issue is just bullshit.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Data service was stopped in Chandauli by the order of the government, but after getting the order, another company has been started again but why did not start Vodafone.

    Vi service in my area very poor from last 3 month . Not taken any action by local services provider . network is always gone . other wise many consumers of vi port in other network. You want to stay your consumer in your network then resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Dear TRAI, you will only increase the company's recharge plan and what is the problem in our area, you will not see that you will not eat Vodafone bus customer money, you will never improve the port.

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India I have complained 13 times regarding the date use then i took customer care support.He registered my complaint but no one call to me from your side and shows the resolution that my team contacted u now your problem has been resolved my number is 8932036989

    @ViCustomerCare Don't call back asking for issue, keep the recharge amount as charity and buy sweetmeats for snacking as anyway you don't have any work to do except for providing silly reasons for your inefficiency. If someone says something second time, ill go and drown myself in some river.

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I was supposed to get a resolution today, after chats discussing my issue with various customer care execs the last 4 days. Looks like you are not bothered about customers, and insist on wrongly billing them and not resolving the issue!!
