    @VodafoneIN Listering You guys always speak this with the first day 2 will be fine again 2The PBL is going to be free of GB Daily and vodafone the high quality which you do not speak the work is not taught in this training the customer will be understood that the old BEGAUK port will come on

    @ViCustomerCare I have informed yoy of the area that i am having problem in. Still the area is amoghour village panchayat bhawan area near vodafone tower area. The city code 232101. And no i am not going to DM you my number. You guyz have been informed of the area the problem persists

    Vi service in my area very poor from last 3 month . Not taken any action by local services provider . network is always gone . other wise many consumers of vi port in other network. You want to stay your consumer in your network then resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India I have complained 13 times regarding the date use then i took customer care support.He registered my complaint but no one call to me from your side and shows the resolution that my team contacted u now your problem has been resolved my number is 8932036989

    @ViCustomerCare And clearly you do not look forward to heloing your customers miss kavita.....know that. Especially by asking them to downliad the my vodafone app to solve a network related issue is just bullshit.

    @ViCustomerCare The process of delinking my family plan took six hours and involved significant harassment. I strongly advise against choosing Vi's postpaid service. Their team is unhelpful and seems to be trained to mistreat customers. They promise to return calls promptly, but they never do.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new postpaid sim and your employee taken 500INR as security deposit from me and he told after SIM got activated it'll be reflected in your account. Seems that is not happened please help me on this.
