    @VodafoneIN now I have shifted to a hostel in Varanasi besides hotel Rivera palace. At there is no network coverage. I didn't even call any person.after tying 6-7 time then call outgone.. I request you to please resolve this issue because we are students and we need net and call

    @VodafoneIN Worst network service provided by you people. Not able to call and browse internet since 3days Either @VodafoneIN should improve network services or we have to shift with other operators

    @ViCustomerCare I have mentioned each and every think on your personal mail box account still no reply..... Again I am repeating you My problem in network at below location H-133 , Azad Nagar, Behind ramdham, Bhilwara Rajasthan-311001. If problem not solve..

    @VodafoneIN happy to port out to airtel after struggling from past one year with poor network coverage inside home, fake promises of new tower in the area for better coverage. Improve your network as I was loyal customer but unfortunately port out all my 6 number to other network

    @ViCustomerCare Network issues, while playing Free Fire! Everytime network dropping to 999+ which leads to loosing of games..., Tournaments etc, @ViCustomerCare is responsible for all the consequences arising from the lose i suffer! I will file a defamatory case against your network!

    @ViCustomerCare Again caller tunes has been set for my number without my any intervention and an amount of Rs.1 charged. Why VI is doing these non sense. It is not good customer service and business.

    Using vi for a couple of months, and if someone ask me to rate it it would be like "-100" , i have to get on the top of terrace to tweet it... Complaining for about a month but they can't even assure that if the problem is gonna resolve or not. @ViCustomerCare ...,contd..
