@ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

📍 I live in Delhi NCR, Faridabad (Near Community Centre, Uncha Gaon, Ballabhgarh – 121004), but there’s no Vi 5G service here at all ❌📶. Despite Vi’s claim of 5G coverage in Delhi NCR, the reality is very different 😤. Please take action. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodafoneGroup

@IndianTechGuide Actually @ViCustomerCare deserves more than that! They have changed their 2G name to 5G and now they are fooling people. @TRAI is sleeping, people are paying for 5G but in return they are getting only 2G network.

Scam from VI Network.I had post-paid family plan connection from 1st May to 24th May and changed to Prepaid, but they are asking payment of full cycle from 1st to 31st, now they are threatening to pay 1500/- immediately after sending the bill after so many days. @ViCustomerCare
