@VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

Day 8 since my first complaint of Vi internet services not working in my locality, and same issue faced by everyone in my family and people staying in my apartment @ViCustomerCare . If this carries on I’ll have no other option then porting to a better network! #Mumbai @GoI_MeitY

A patient admitted at INK(@neuro_kolkata )for the last 3 months with paralysis can't make payments bcos @ViCustomerCare disconnected her phone line and @neuro_kolkata won't give her wifi facility for a few hours. Is this where humanity has come down to? All about money???

@ViCustomerCare shamelessly calling several times a day to retain customers who wish to port out due to poor network and service. No one wants your better plans and lower rates, we just want good network, wherein you are not #HappyToHelp !

@viindia @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare received one call yesterday for retention in Vi and gave me a no. Of Mr. Ashish Bangera for any issues regarding my connection. The caller caller me named Sejal. Today continually calling on that no. No one is replaying from last 3 Hours
