@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Blatant scam by Vi. Recharged early to get Netflix add-on (paid extra), but couldn’t activate it. Vi blames a “backend glitch,” gives no fix date, and refused a refund. Complaint closed without resolution Vi blames Netflix. Netflix has nothing to do with it

@V_Angry_Indian @ViCustomerCare in all their messages they have the same copy paste reply whether its kaneez, or any other 20 agents replied to you. They will make you go so frustrated that you will stop replying to the, but wont get the solution. If they cant give solution in 10 days, wht u expecting

@dhans4all @ViCustomerCare I am using vodafone since 2004 at that time it was hutch network, the introduction of jio gave lot of offers so many of my friends switched to jio eventhough i continue the same Vodafone but i forced to change port my network to jio at 2021 due to bad service from Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare Pathatic service. Day 4 and still my aim not active. i registered for post2pre after suffering very high bills for 6 months. But even after req to change it is still not active my Senior citizen parents uses this sim, In an emergency, how will they get help.
