    @VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week since I raise a complain wrt internet speed on mobile data, but no solution from ur side, why are you cheating your customer in the name of high speed internet, i request @TRAI to please have a look into their functions.

    @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

    @ViCustomerCare When will issue resolved? You have misguided the customer. To bad network of vodafone , will not recomend to anyone to use vodafone services.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM mobile number 7240933698 has become invalid due to some reasons, which was earlier related to IDEA service provider, but due to lack of network in my area, I had ported it to Jio, but now it has been closed and Jio office says that you should contact your.

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
