    I am using your network in shared location with no. 962878XXXX since last two days I am not able to use data in proper way i had tried multiple time to connect with customer support but not getting any solution, kindly help for this either o have to go for port @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

    @ViCustomerCare Have you people ever came across product life cycle concept or any of strategic management concepts. Actually the management of Vi is flawed that is why VI is worst in telecom industry.

    @ViCustomerCare says "We have checked the serving site of your location and it is max optimized at best possible level." Instead of investing in new tower VI is justifying itself thru silly excuse. VI takes money and instead of giving service asks for patience. Pathetic!

    @ViCustomerCare no coverage in indoor. When I make complain 3 day it improves . After that same problem. Zero Coverage. How @Airtel_Presence and @reliancejio coverage is in indoor. There is need of Router in my area. You are not taking serious

    @ViCustomerCare I am So tried of your company. From Morning , i have no network on my phone, if we complaint about it then custome care says visit centre , and in our big city your poor centre is not available. From 20 Years i am using Vi now centre is 50km far away , what i do?

    @ViCustomerCare pethatic network quality by vodafone and idea this is how your 4g internet works with 1 network bar of 4g and speed less than 100kbps wah.

    @ViCustomerCare - the network has been below par since yesterday. Calls are not connecting, data not working this is in addition to the frequent call drops. @TraiIndia Would it be possible to penalise these ppl if they don’t agree to solve the issue in next 2 hours? Will Vodafone
