    I am using your network in shared location with no. 962878XXXX since last two days I am not able to use data in proper way i had tried multiple time to connect with customer support but not getting any solution, kindly help for this either o have to go for port @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

    @VodafoneIN Very Poor Network problem. Even Call not connected. Location is Near CL Memorial public school, Deen Dayal Nagar, Jhansi please resolve upgrade network.

    @ViCustomerCare when you can’t charge us for caller tunes or games you stop the mobile service and give us network problems which shows as no service on the mobile. Is this even allowed? @TRAI any support for harassed customers or should we approach the consumer court?

    @ViCustomerCare Team it’s 72 hours and I have not received any solutions on international roaming. Please be aware I am stranded and in trouble neck deep. VI team you owe me to answer with reasoning. I don’t see any ownership here.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service; unable to resolve issue since 8 days - tickets ref nos 3-117590459190, 3-117590459266, 3-117590459293. Corporate numbers, existing customer since many years, regular bills paid still no one bothers to understand customer issue!
