Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle.
