@ViCustomerCare have tried to email you regarding the problem, no honest reply. Since April end no resolution to the problem. Without services I am being billed, sad and disappointing. Either I will quit Vi as customer or you better resolve the issue now on priority.

@ViCustomerCare Let me in you on a secret, no one has been able to retain a customer by calling them incessantly, relentlessly, shamelessly .. I don’t want to be spoken to. I want better network. You are in the business to provide network not calls! I have moved on, you should to!
