  @ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

  @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.

  @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

  @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK
