@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

Made several complains @ViCustomerCare about their most horrible 4G connectivity giving details of my vodafone number, address, etc. thru their #Vicare whats app. But all useless. Twitter DM cannot be sent to them. Wonder how India allows such cheat firm to operate!!

@ViCustomerCare I think I should go for another network. VI internet service are too much bad. It works okay on instagram but what is the problem with other app like unacadamy. Whenever I start those applications speed goes to 2G. Worst internet speed.
