@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare @AmreliaRuhez Vi fraud service. Validity pack, mini unlimited pack and main balance are activated for my number then why Vi is pushing for recharge of 129. If all necessary pack is activated then why i can't use sms service.

@ViCustomerCare We having connectivity issues these days more frequently. Even net speed we used to get earlier was in Mbps but these days it's going much slower, even below 100 kbps. Hope you'll sort this out soon.

@ViCustomerCare Kirandeep, i didn't received any call. So far today i've missed only one call. Apart from that have answered all calls. I think its vidafone network which hardly works is causing the issue. users of @reliancejio @airtelindia hardly complaint about such poor service.
