    @VodafoneIN i m in jhansi & ur customer service is really worst than ever be i face before... In Jhansi center they r not provide anything like which call like customer service they rude & don't have any answers of ur network...

    @ViCustomerCare so after trying so mamy time for the OTP for my bank just got to know there is some technical issue going on with #VIcare !! And. This is also i have to call to get the update not much user friendly i guess

    @ViCustomerCare Team, your network strength has plummeted overnight in my area and now I am neither able to call nor receive any incoming calls. I have been using VI since 2014 but this time it is the worst I have seen. Do work on resolving this asap or I will need to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged a ₹ 48 on March 6 which is still pending and almost 48 hours have passed, customer care is on the phone saying that the problem will be resolved on March 11, so do I keep my connection till then or Then if I do another recharge, how will you adjust this recharge

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I am not able to make phone calls/recieve call/message , nor able to login VI app ( As it asks OTP and not getting any message). Please look in to it. I already send a private message and awaiting reply
