@ViCustomerCare i had recharged with Rs 199 plan, but i am not able to use internet due to your networks incompetency, so if you are not able to provide the service why are you even providing the service, just to cheat users and extort their Money, very unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare hello people, if you have a N/W issue at home or office, like me, speak up & Vi in case are not able solve the issues, which most likely they are incapable of, then make them give 50% off on billing.

@ViCustomerCare Even after multiple complaint no action was taken regarding the issue I was facing . And on checking my account I noticed! Your team has closed all my complaint's without any resolution or info. Looking forward to port to a better network than pathetic Vi.
