@ViCustomerCare I recharged with 599 for 84 days on 21 Jan 2022. The package was supposed to expire on 15 April 2022. You guys changed the plan to 599 for 70 days and expired my plan on 1st April 2022. How can you do that too a customer for a plan that has already been bought?

While recharging customer agreed on the terms & conditions which doesn’t indicate that they amend existing plan until is over.
