You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.

Vidyut (@Vidyut) reportedUpdated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.
