@ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game fir which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

@ViCustomerCare This isn't resolved yet 2days after the assured time. You seem to have decided to constantly bluff the customer. Is giving 4g service to an old existing customer that difficult for @ViCustomerCare ?

@VodafoneIN I stay in ramanthapur, Hyderabad. your network is too pathetic, hardly able to hear the other party on call. You say 4g network, leave about 4g, I hardly get 3g network.its too unbearable to continue with the network..what plans do you have to ramp up ur network?

@VodafoneIN Why Vodafone is losing customers? I am a Vodafone customer, but I see the network not so good and the 4G services are not up to mark. Multiple calls to customer service too didn't help. That's how to lose CUSTOMERS TRUST. @VodafoneIN respond.

@ViCustomerCare raised issue for poor internet coverage however it's closed by ur team without any response. I suggest u to work on ground level instead of showing urself no.1 on poster and tv ads. Ground reality is ur network id worst here on the prime location.
