    @VodafoneIN Better to start prepaid plans only with Unlimited Calling. Never I have seen 4G network on my mobile..frequent call disconnect and hardly connects to other mobiles..Time To Port

    @VodafoneIN first time in so many years I felt your service is bad. Your store people dint response properly. They asked me to talk to the customer service and there is no response from CS as well. Every call I wait for more than 10mins and still no response.

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    @VodafoneIN Come on yaar @VodafoneIN, Solve my issue. You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. Twitter became my only source to complain.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Disgusting! I raised a port request for 2 of my numbers almost few weeks ago. I got a call from Vodafone and tried to convince however I told to process immediately as I lost confidence on your signal strength and services.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your rep Mr. Shahrukh at Malviya Nagar, Delhi store refused to transfer the corporate connection to personal account on flimsy excuses like letter has expired and a new letter needs to be obtained. Its more customer harrassment than care.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation
