@ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

@ViCustomerCare Earlier I had called on vi customer care call centre and talked with the official about call not getting through, call drop etc. Throughout the day net is not accessible with notification that you are off line. The official had assured me to look into this problem but no result.
