    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    As per the directions of @TRAI a complaint can be placed within 3 days to the service provider of the representative and @ViCustomerCare or @Airtel_Presence has to take action regarding the same.

    @ViCustomerCare I see that You guys have increased the PP Bills. I'm paying 470/- for 30 days with 40 GB Internet which is of NO USE. But I'm get'g 3 GB/day for 28 days for 359 only vt prepaid. Porting the service provider is good. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare any plans at your end?

    @ViCustomerCare hi, kindly provide your official email ID to lodge complaint against late fee charge on monthly bill of a postpaid connection under your Kolkata circle, despite the last bill already paid. And no prior information provided on change in billing cycle.

    @ajeeth_kumar @ViCustomerCare They did a similar exercise in my neighborhood. The tower could be slightly tinkered I guess to give a better performance. But for a long time solution a complete #CapacityPlanning is required but I do not think @VodafoneGroup will allow its indian operations to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone postpaid number from last 3 year and I have 7postpaid connection with Vodafone and Vodafone has the worst Network in the world I have raise many complaints regarding the network issue i will port my number to Airtel best network

    @ViCustomerCare @chowdhri_om Hello please don’t stop us, when you can’t provide any service. First provide some services and reach your customers. Such a worst network in entire South India. No indoor coverage or Vowifi. No MCA, free caller tunes, esim. No update on 5g. Any reason to continue??
