    Today I upgraded my wife's VI sim from 3g to 4g. It's been 3hrs my wife not able to make any calls , network is not showing voLTE , . I think made a huge mistake by not porting my wife's sim into jio sim . Thier Vi store Staff is working like sarkari banks @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Ok . Please ask your persons to provide Good 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi,volte, esim for watches and updates on 5G. Please understand, your customers also very hungry for better service and latest service at par with other TSP.

    @ViCustomerCare Network coverage is getting worst day by day with you guys. I’ve raised couple of cases in last 15 days but no resolution yet and on top of that I get message as issue is resolved. #worstnetwork #worstservice
