@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia failed to resolve a simple SMS issues even after 1 month and so many followups. Their customer care team are so useless. @ViCustomerCare kindly see if you can arrange MNP. They need to learn how to treat customer well from you.

@ViCustomerCare Following are still pending issues: 1. Assurance I don't get charged for the 10 days of no service. The sim change was required by Vi. I didn't ask for it. 2. None of the customer Complaint numbers are working. They need to work from a non-Vi Number. you can call and check. 1/n

@ViCustomerCare 5. Why does it take 2 days for Customer Service to respond. 6. Why don't the twitter and email support look at the full thread, and don't even call the customer by their name. Don't know the alternate number to reach to.
