Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

I had to call the customer care multiple time and told that it was their fault for deducting money without me making any OTP approval for such deduction. Later I got my full refund. You too will get surely

@ViCustomerCare I am using your services for a past 4 days ,but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. I do not receive any incoming call while VoLTE is turned on whenever it is turn off i does receive calls, and the internet barely works at a good speed.
