Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

pvv (@PralhadVernekar) reported@ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?
