Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

Worst service by @ViCustomerCare Recently i port my sim to VI but i am not able to connect call on any number. I talked to customer care they are like no senior available and your issue will be solved by 20th i.e. 6 days from today till then what will i do.
