You don't go to your relatives house living in semi urban area in mountain with this network, vi can't have 2g for regions in jk . I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.

Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.
