    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare Height of Mismanagement, I did the complain 2 days back and yet not received neither any call nor the resolution of my Complain. Very much pathetic service service, Thats the reason @VodafoneIdea4 is a worst company. @ViCustomerCare You guys sucks.

    @rohanbabu I would like to add @ViCustomerCare to that list. Since 1.5 months now I get a call 5 times a week for an offer I have refused on every single call. What the hell is wrong with their systems that they cannot keep a record of refusals from a customer!!

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Its been 15 Hrs since my network services are debarred. No prior notice. I don't even know the reason yet. It seems @ViCustomerCare is not even willing to resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare Feedback. After telephonic conversation...Writing only "we discussed" Or "it has been discussed"is ambiguous. Customer want transparency. So better summarize and write what was discussed. You can write this in DM atleast.

    A customer since so long I expected a better resolution just saying you have used it which i have not . How can someone be charged for IR SMS which i hv never sent . This amount has to be reversed as this is not correct @ViCustomerCare
