@VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by #vodafoneidea. First they asked to travel 100 km 2 der physical store & after paying d due amount & submitting kyc,d sim is still inactive. Also d vi store girl gave an inactive contact number & I can't even call her & confirm d status. #fraud

1/2 @ViCustomerCare I recharged my VI network with the amount of 98rs in which it was mentioned on paytm that benefits I’ll be getting is unlimited calls and 200 mb data for 15 days but what I got is 9 GB of data with no calls & validity. Trying to connect with your executives…
