Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare Shocked to hear from your call center guys that when we make any online recharges using VI app and if it does not reflect real time, they can't help in activating the subscription immediately and that they dont have access for it too.
