    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    @Idea ,@idea_cares ,@VodafoneIN Very poor network coverage in my area. network fluctuation take place after one or two minutes causing disconnect the internet again and again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare I think vi's 198 customer care needs to be trained better. Tickets have been raised regarding internet speed for a long time. But instead of giving any response.Spoken in a weird manner. Lack of information have them.

    @ViCustomerCare 3/3 Current SIM I took last November and I'm not getting why should I purchase new one when the issue with faulty SIM provided by you.. Appreciate for quick response.

    @ViCustomerCare 2/3 But it is not working. Everytime I need to manually select the network provider and will work for a day and next day same issue.i reach vi mini store and suggesting that to change new SIM else live like that. Not happy with response at store.

    @ViCustomerCare Rightnow I changed my worst network to good network... everyones goes 5G...VI till 1 G... Lost of compliments , lots of business calles losses..so much struggles now I choose this...
