    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @georgine___ @ViCustomerCare VI is Vodafone India. Vodafone UK no longer support WiFi on the tube. If you want it, you have to pay £2 a day to Virgin 😠

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number is 9798799999 which by the way is a VIP paid number. They restricted incoming 6 months ago and outgoing has been barred since a month. Customer care says that it has been ported to Jio. Both the companies have basically joined hands to steal it.

    @ViCustomerCare Two visits to a Vi store later my sim card is still not activated. Now they want me to go to the store for the THIRD time! I have been using this number for the past TEN years. This is what you put the customer through in the name of customer care?

    @ViCustomerCare Guys, First ur team calls for taking additional number to expand your customers base & then after taking number those people are disappears.I have got 2 additional numbers but we are failed 2 avail service as its not getting activated due 2 tele verification issue
