    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare no network at my place no towers nearby so why we use vi sims. few months ago we have 5 vi SIM cards but when we have ported out from vi due to lack of signal in our area. If vi install tower in our area we will be port in to VI again. @rmstakkar @ViBusinessIndia

    @deepakbedi26 @ViCustomerCare Today for surprise I have received a call from escalation team and my sim/network issue was resolved. But 4g indoor coverage to be improved. Request for Vowifi at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare Have replaced my My SIM 9826137734 in phone on 31st July at 10AM lapsed more than 48 Hours . regret to inform that , inspite of several reminders to your service provider at Raipur SIM not yet activated?
