    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare I have been getting bill on my email which I don't use. Have reached to customer care they told me to get in touch with the person whose number is mentioned in the bill as they cannot. Is that a logic?Why can't you in first place put the right entries? @MIB_India

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am using postpaid sim. After traveling out of Delhi ncr, not getting network signal in my phone. No incoming and outgoing calls & messages, no internet. I am not getting any customer support by 18001234567,9891012345. High charges & worst vi customer support.
