    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @Idea ,@idea_cares ,@VodafoneIN Very poor network coverage in my area. network fluctuation take place after one or two minutes causing disconnect the internet again and again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare VI worst service provider in the India. They stop activiting plan through main balance above 150rs. I have 4k main balance & I can't use them for any plan. They r just offering 129rs plan for 18 days with 200mb data seriously 200mb,The reason for downfall in india

    @ViCustomerCare I am levied incorrect international roaming charges. Have been following up on said issue since last two weeks, still no response. Is this what we pay for fake charges and pathetic services?

    @ViCustomerCare Need solutions. It's 4.40pm almost 5 hour still not response from your side. If I don't pay bill in time then you charge so many amount Right now situation is I pay 20 bil 29 day ago but you disconnect our service.i want port my all 11 num to jio.let me know the process

    So after 8 o'clock at evening I was just checking between @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare that which one's service is better? Kept switching each one by one and after 15 boring minutes I have came to a conclusion that both are worst..👎🤦

    Shame on you @ViCustomerCare the customer care told me that i used "TOO" much data thats why my speed is reduced, like what!? Wtf!? Then what that 12am to 6am "UNLIMITED" scheme is for !?
