    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

If verification of identity is a issue,as Ur SMS suugests(twice rejected),cant you check my credentials from documents of that number of mine? What kind of service is this?

    @ViCustomerCare same issue and i am still getting billed by vodafone on my cancelled discontinued number even after clearing all due. fraud on restarting a dead number and billing me! why should I pay
