Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

@ViCustomerCare I have not received any message to respond to. Please learn what the issue was from previous chats or tweets as I am making this request every month and kindly resolve soon.
They are not listening & keept telling me to forcefully cancel the port request. Have 40 missed calls. Please look into the matter as this is my choice and @ViCustomerCare cannot tell me what i should do.. provide better service to retain customers. Do not force them to stay

@ViCustomerCare Dear Concern After so many nonstop using your service. Today I decide to Port my service to another service provider. I use postpaid service of VI. But now only I leave VI due to price hike. So think about this seriously. If you want not leave your old user

VI have the most worst services ever i recharged my number and they didn't start my services from last two days i try to call customer services but they didn't let me connect to their executive @ViCustomerCare @ConsumerReports
