    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @ViCustomerCare cancelled redux plan by mistake and got exit charge. Customer care executive told me that if I opted back to redux plan then exit charge will be waived off from Bill. So I opted to redux plan again. But I don’t see any waive off. My number is +917806879907

    @ViCustomerCare I have IDEA sim card. 4G network resets after 'every' 12 minutes. After this, it takes another 30 seconds for the Idea sim to get registered on the Vi network. It's annoying. Is there any solution to this ?

    @ViCustomerCare very very very bad experience faced by Vi 1st time i have ported my sim from jio to vi Jio network lost & vi network are there but unable to use Worst service from customer care centre Call thrice but they are talking rudely Shame shame shame

    @ViCustomerCare 28 + 28 days not offered as promised (on website)! Requested Customer Care/ 198 to Revert/ Refund my payment or convert it to 107 pack, the Staff refused both. His Supervisor not available to take call. So, this tweet. Refund the money, I feel I'm cheated by your misleadg details
