    @Idea ,@idea_cares ,@VodafoneIN Very poor network coverage in my area. network fluctuation take place after one or two minutes causing disconnect the internet again and again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Dear @Idea or @VodafoneIN its been more than 24 hours that my phone is without network. Your customer care is not able to give better answers than to "switch on-off your mobile" or "re-insert SIM"!! we are already going throrugh tough time, can you plz rectify it immediately !

    @VodafoneIN Hey I am very sad to tell you that we are surfing from a covid 19 pandemic situation and also with Vodafone network . I have using from last 3 years but In my village no one is using due to the NIL Network. From last 4 month I am facing the same issue.

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are provinding pathetic internet service in the area. You are not providing even 2G in the name of 4G. Need to port to @VodafoneIN or @Idea if you won't improve this soon.

    @ViCustomerCare When I call on toll free numbers like 18001207777 which belongs to ICICI customer care using Vi connection I listen the message that number is invalid. From other connections it gets connected.

    @ViCustomerCare Is it necessary for one to have a alternate number? How many times will u fool the customers. Last many times I have send u details but what u send is technical list questioary which tower I am facing problem it's my job to identify the tower?

    @ViCustomerCare As perVI rep Miss karishma, my info is not available in VI database and i have to go to vodafone store. Seriously!!. It is who VI terminated my membership. If VI team cannot help what will vodafone store guy do. Request VI to activate my Amazon membership or refund me Rs. 1499.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India First conversation was initiated on 29 July and VI or Vodafone has failed to communicate over call till 15 August. Agent- Mohammed Amin, supervisors named SONY and AMIT. These sups probably call me from no network zone area to refrain

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Please be advised that I got a postpaid phone connection after visiting a Mohali Vodafone store around 30th of March, 2022 or so. I had no clue as to what I was getting into but I was handed down a postpaid connection.
