@VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

@Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

@ViCustomerCare Just shifted to vi postpaid but i think i made a bad choice.Internet disappears during call. On complaining,i was asked to wait for 4 days to get my problem solved. I think @ViCustomerCare should take such issues on priority. Pathetic.
