    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare I am following up with VI for last 1 month that am not getting VI network, and am getting response that they are not able to contact me. Seems like they don't read the problem, just copy/paste response to user from some excel file.

    @ViCustomerCare Still your internet speed is slow in my area. Speed is flactuating continuosly most of the time it is slow. No improvement yet though you already mentioned your network team resolved my problem but in reality nothing

    Pathetic services even more pathetic employees @ViCustomerCare call drops no network even after complaining the guy at store did not resolve any issue and has audacity to tell me to come back after an hour just to update his service rating right. @reliancejio need portability

    @VodafoneIN My mom is unable to receive any calls. She is facing this issue from past 2 weeks. Even after raising a complaint still problem is unresolved. If this continues then will have to shift to another provider.
