@Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

@VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

@jovindeglus @ViCustomerCare Sir, for this network our Tamilnadu is inferior, they don’t want to provide any services. All over Tamilnadu indoor coverage is very poor. For them our தமிழ்நாடு is non priority circle. Here they won’t provide esim, vowifi like other operators.

@ViCustomerCare you're providing a pathetic service. I have visited your vi store in patel nagar delhi for 5 times now and still your customer care is asking me for a sixth visit. Whats wrong! Should i remove the sim now? There's a limit to irritate someone!

@ViCustomerCare 6. Poor Networks, Connection lost, Poor Call connectivity, unable to use mobile data and hear incoming calls. 4G is speeding only 0.04 kbps 7. Only 2 Signal Bars always 8. Sometimes 4G, sometimes 2G 9. Facing same issues everyday 10. All the time I hope you will look into this.

@ViCustomerCare can you remove the long covid message before each call. Everyone is already aware of it. Network-service is so poor that it never connects at first attempt and 2-3 times need to hear the message.
