    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare If this recharge is not revoked as well as I am not refunded I will surely port out, very serious about this I begin a loyal customer to vodafone for so many years had to listen from customer care executive to convince the customer for refund,was not at all expecting such respons

    @ViCustomerCare I am using since 9 years service of VI. Since 3 years it's very bed experience, whenever time come for recharge they disappear offers telling in your account there is no best offers and after recharge we are getting pop ups you have best offers. It happened 5 time

    @ViCustomerCare Mobile number is 8008158782 ..Sim was not working..so collected new sim y'day from Bhubaneswar.Till now it has been almost 24 hrs and it has not been activated..What a customer care u hv? Very worst exp ..
