    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @ViCustomerCare i mean how pathetic can your network and application be. I recharged a plan of 601 INR which entitles me a 3gb data pack daily for 56 days with other benefits. But it was nit mentioned that i will never be able to use that 3gb data limit.

    @ViCustomerCare .. i have complaint regaring my duplicate sim activation.. and due to some security reson(my adhar and my present clicked pic is not matchin). vi store is not able to activte it. my all acount are linked to my number and i am nt abel to do any transaction.Plz help
