    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    Sir, we need a balance in the idea as to why we have to do the activation. A lot of customar has to be returned. So please solve the problem.@Idea @VodafoneIN @vodafone

    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

    @ViCustomerCare See I’ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request don’t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i can’t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network

    Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with a 1-year plan, yet I'm still not receiving incoming calls. I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!
