    @Idea and @VodafoneIN in my current location although your network is showing 4G,but still it's worst than other networks 2G please maintain it.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea since last 4 days Internet is not working in whole area, signals is also switching between 4g to 2g.there is no action after complaining also and its not about one sim its about whole area.why no one is looking into this. @TRAI is this why they are charging us.

    @ViCustomerCare i am Pradeep kumar i can not send sms from my vi number. I call many times every time they are saying problem with handset.but if i put any other sim in my handset i can easily send the sms. if the problem with handset then how can i send the sms from other sim

    @ViCustomerCare I have never experienced unprofessional behaviour from any executive but Ms Shruti has shown me what unprofessionalism. Thank you Shruti because of i will port out this number. I would rather choose another telecom services than to stay and keep using this vodafone number.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service I ever used 🤮 automatically activating subscriptions, every time they are charging 90rs automatically by useless subscriptions like caller tunes,even I am not activating that services. @VodaIdea_NEWS totally waste sim.
