  @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

  @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

  @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.
