    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    @ViCustomerCare I hv paid all my dues last month and converted my number in prepaid service, then how come I receive my bills???? Very disappointed plz call or reply in personal msg.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur net speed comes to 2-3 kbps and ur AI in app says everything is fine. Nowhere the net stays good. Call drops, network drops almost in every call. If this is fastest then Internet explorer is faster then chrome, mozilla, safari.. etc

    @ViCustomerCare I called two times to vi care regarding the issue.everthing was narrated in my regional language except the main options that is 'billing info' and 'connect to executive' was narrated in other language which I don't understand. [Call recorded]

    @ViCustomerCare Reply and manipulation by chat will not solve my problem.I WANT REFUND AND REVERSAL of BILL AMOUNT.If not provided,then subsequent steps will definitely taken against you . Let the public know how vi postpaid fooling customer in all possible ways they can....VI be ready
