    Hey @ViCustomerCare , Why do u think I can’t reach any helpline numbers such as besom (1912) or any banking CS numbers on your network but those work perfectly on Airtel or jio? I keep getting number is invalid 🙄

    @ViCustomerCare As making worst network complaints since last 27 days. No improvement in network and now vi network blocked my number for using 198 dial. Trying since 3 days but call ended. Hopeless

    @ViCustomerCare when I select email itemised bill in VI App,it is sending me a normal bill. Earlier thru website i ws able to chk d same. Tried to uninstall thn reinstall d app,bt to no avail.Changes shud b for good,services shud improve not go down. (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Experiencing very poor network connection ever,many times intimated to concern team but still having trouble in connection.this may tempt to port another network
