    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I do believe when you guys claim that you have 'the fastest 4G internet'. I honestly do. Have been your customer for more than 10 years as of now. But 'NO INTERNET CONNECTION' at all? Please kindly look into this issue and solve it ASAP. 😟

    @ViCustomerCare Despite having all the bills paid for my postpaid plan on VI network, I have been facing internet issues since last 3 months. There has been no internet on my cell at all. No internet service, nothing, what are you guys basically charging me for? @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViVodaidea @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare how do I change my postpaid Idea Nirvana plan to Vi 399 plan? I tried to from Vi portal but talks about new SIM etc no provision for directly change over to new plan. Date of bill payment is 24/5. Please help. Thanks
