    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare When ever I raise issue with respect to call drop, no network coverage, low data speed I get same response but it's not fixed anytime.

    @ViCustomerCare, we r receiving your service msgs regularly on my father number. By mistake when my father press "ok" , your chargeble unwanted services activated. I had made complaint many times to stop sending service msgs but still msgs are coming.

    This is something not working with Vi and their support i just need SMS service which is a basic service but they do not have the option to fixed an issue for SMS not sending please switch to a different service provider if you have Vi # @ViCustomerCare # @RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare GOING TO END 12 YEARS OF ASSOCIATION WITH Vodafone. Today was 16th day of NO network.All complaints were closed without resolution. Angry and highly frustrated. Will port 2 family number to other provider.Cant continue with company who has 0 customer value.Goodbye

    Internet inaccessible in my area since past 2 weeks. @ViCustomerCare, been calling these people the whole week and registering complaints. Each time I get told that wait for 4 hours and your issue will be resolved. Well guess what? Its not. Very poor service. #upkaworstnetwork

    @NilsBhoir @ViCustomerCare Don’t worry bhai, When asked to customer care, they replied,SMS PORT 1234567890 (ur mobile number) to 1900. You will get solutions immediately.
