    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    Hi. Recently i have ported my sim from airtel to Vi. After submission of documents, New has been gained signal and i immediately tried to call 59059 and it tells that the number i have dialled is wrong number. Now what should i do. Kindly guide. @ViCustomerCare r

    @ViCustomerCare If my phone is outside of India on the recharge due date and not connected to any network, then could I be able to successfully recharge my number? Also, how many days I get to recharge after due date to retain my number?
