    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    @ViCustomerCare What you are saying "to provide best network", unfortunately currently the service in my location is providing "worst network" ever. We are helpless to do anything even a whatsaap msg is unable to sent with single tick √.

    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Details sent via DM. Please check the data usage (and more importantly Data outage) reports, and try to make your networks at least work on 2G speeds (4G is still a far fetched cry for you all, even in State Capital Cities, let alone nit far flung areas)

    @ViCustomerCare VI does not understand English & also do not show respect-they call a 90 year old by his first name..they ask the same questions again and again . All VI mobiles in the city can not call MTNL landlines in my exchange and they keep on asking if problem is from partciular number
