@ViCustomerCare I ordered sim online n paid 2000, it was supposed to b delivered by 18th July till today neither I have got sim nor refund. I visited nearby vi store they said they cnt help, I called customer care they said only I can cancel but didn't told how is ds ur ethics ?

@Rohitdas2152000 @ViCustomerCare they only want to charge the customer you have no attitude to provide good service or support to customer. Even after this they will charge you full and will not give you any support, even bsnl works better than VI

Hey @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @consaff Shared screen shoot of missed called in your DM. Check with my bill. You have charged me for getting miss calls. Resolve this matter in 24 hrs otherwise I don’t care for your other customer. Will post bill and screenshot for sure.

The fun part is when I said that the @ViCustomerCare is fooling customers. He replies me back with an arguments saying "agar company ko paisa khana reheta toh roz paise nahi kaatati". Customer care people r so rude. Such deductions if done regularly will lead to instant noticing.
