    @ViCustomerCare we are facing slow internet speed. It's nearly (0-100)kbps in our area(274403). I was raised a complaint against this issue, and there is no any improvement in the internet speed. Kindly, i am requesting you to modify the internet connectivity as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare What you are saying "to provide best network", unfortunately currently the service in my location is providing "worst network" ever. We are helpless to do anything even a whatsaap msg is unable to sent with single tick √.

    @VodafoneIN it is very super fast 4g internet like 2g network in my area and adds show from company super fast 4g network. If you complaint your number next time block because you are active user for internet. So please looks my area from my device location.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare He my issue has been resolved now mr pramod has sent 100rs which he charged extra from me for port fees so he has no obligation from my side.. So please resolve this issue now
